Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve lab data, production records, and equipment logs
• Monitor product quality and assign status to raw, bulk, and finished goods
• Lead and support stability studies and data reporting
• Write and update SOPs, quality reports, and Certificates of Analysis
• Assist with deviations, CAPAs, audits, and GMP training
• Track and maintain quality metrics, logs, and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of GMP, cGMP, GDP, or GLP standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication (verbal/written) and computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Previous QA or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and support production needs as required

• Supervise and train hourly union lab testers, ensuring adherence to procedures and evaluating competency.
• Schedule overtime to complete testing and quality assurance tasks on time.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and administer the collective bargaining agreement for lab testers.
• Oversee calibration, control charts, and records for all lab equipment; perform calibrations as needed.
• Maintain inventory of lab equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and company standards.
• Ensure safe lab operations in alignment with SH&E standards and support QA staff as needed.
• Manage lab budget, coordinate sample shipments with proper documentation, and carry out additional tasks as directed by the QA Manager.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience trouble shooting and calibrating lab equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
