JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Analyst supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes, standards, and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting internal audits, maintaining and managing the Company's FAA PMA and STC processes, analyzing and reporting on customer quality trends, managing employee certification and record databases, and reviewing contracts for Quality and Environmental requirements.

Technical Skills:

**The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing site-level product quality and employee training, including conducting audits, compiling detailed reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads a certified training program for new associates that combines classroom instruction with hands-on pallet repair. **Summary**
The Warehouse Training Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of training at their site. They will report to the Group Logistics Manager and coordinate with the Safety Manager to train new hires and keep existing employees current on required training.
**Essential Functions**
+ Contribute to meeting site productivity and quality goals by administering on the job training and power industrial truck (PIT) training to all new and existing employees including cross training as needed. Update and maintain various existing training documents and help create new training documents for various departments and job functions. Complete Human Resource paperwork and other administrative tasks as assigned.
+ Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables. Coordinate with Group Manager Logistics for appropriate staffing levels
+ Direct staff in the development, analysis and performance of job task. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. Conduct interviews, hire new staff and provide employee orientation. Coach and provide career development advice to staff. JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Manager, Quality Assurance ("CQM") is primarily responsible for regularly evaluating the treatment progression of client programs through in-person observation, review of data, and direct communication with assigned staff. Verbal and written feedback is delivered to the staff in an effort to ensure the client is progressing in alignment with their treatment plan. This position reports to the local Clinical Director(s).
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working under the supervision of the Clinical Director(s), essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a small to moderate caseload
- Assist Clinical Director(s) with intervention on clinical cases to influence positive outcomes
- Collaborate with the Program Manager on client cohort progress and communication to payor
- Evaluate clinical quality of assigned cases by providing consultation and supervision and communicating with Behavioral Interventionists (BI's) and parents/caregivers to get additional feedback and input regarding treatment prognosis
- Regularly provide collaboration on cases that are not progressing in alignment with their treatment plan (e.g., facing significant barriers to progress)
- Participate on cases that need advanced clinical consultation by working alongside the treatment team to modify treatment plans
- Communicating with parents regarding any clinical concerns related to the client program
- Provide parent training workshops and services that provide opportunities for higher levels of parent participation
- Attend IEP meetings (as approved by funding sources or as needed)
- Monitor and provide input regarding outcome data, with support of the Director of Client Outcomes, in their region including but not limited to:
- Standardized assessment trends
- Level of service recommendation trends
- Length of time in treatment trends
- Transition status trends
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with only general supervision
- Minimum Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license
- 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA

The Quality Program Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The successful candidate will be responsible for quality assurance oversight, program management, and coordination of all program activities at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS). This position will provide management, direction, administration, and oversight of quality assurance initiatives and lead the support activities for development and sustainment of the Government Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control processes are adhered to and properly implemented
- Assist the Government in defining quality standards, quality measurements, and identifying effective resourcing options for program processes and engineering projects
- As the Quality Lead for the program attend a weekly status meeting
- Participate in Quarterly In-Progress Review Meetings Assist PSNS Technical Division in communications and cross-shipyard collaboration to promote quality adoption of high-availability systems
- Perform quality inspections which may include validation of information or software through the use of automated tools, testing, or inspections of the deliverables, as specified in the Task Order. The scope and nature of inspection requirements will be sufficiently comprehensive to ensure the completeness, quality, and adequacy of all deliverables
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Information Technology)
- Minimum of nine (9) years of experience with at least five (5) in quality assurance, program management, or a related role
- Proven track record of managing and leading complex programs in a government or military environment
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications and familiarity with project management tools
Clearance:

Position
The Quality Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and directing all aspects of the Quality department. ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer will provide leadership and support for QMS performance in many facets of business operations:
Design Control
- To ensure the release of safe, effective and compliant medical devices, the Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer shall provide Quality System Design Control mentoring to ensure product design teams' use of critical thinking. They will be well versed in all aspects of Design Controls, Risk Management, Electrical Safety and all associated processes, policies, procedures, and records.
- Ensure the proper activities are completed in a timely manner, performed and documented correctly, and readily offers guidance and support to ensure Quality System compliance.
- Review all Engineering Change Orders and proposed changes or improvements to ensure sound engineering practice, effective and adequate design, product safety, and Quality System compliance.
- Ensure product Design Change activities move ahead in a timely and effective manner.
Manufacturing
- Monitor and ensure efficient and effective product manufacturing processes, facilitating adequate manufacturing work instructions, material control, nonconforming material handling, inspection, and finished goods handling.
Material Review Board
- Facilitate efficient and effective processing of Nonconforming Material Reports and Rework Orders.
- Process performance metrics shall be captured, monitored, and reported to ensure timely and effective MRB throughput and minimized quarantine back log.
Installation and Service
- Ensure post-market activities ensure intended device performance.
- Service and support activities must be adequately documented, attention escalated to facilitate defect handling, and product performance and performance trends assessed to understand and drive improvement opportunities.
QMS Administration
- Responsible for conducting QMS administration activities, including Internal Quality Audits, Corrective and Preventive Action, Process Change Control, Exception Handling, process improvement and maintenance, supplier quality, external audit support, and related activities.
Responsibilities & Goals
The Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer shall follow the guidance of RA/QA Management and help other organizational functions understand and fulfill their obligations to meet quality objectives, systemic responsibilities, and customer requirements, as defined by Executive Management in the Spacelabs Quality Policy. As part of maintenance of the Spacelabs Quality Management System, Senior Quality Assurance Engineers shall partake in some or all of the following responsibilities:

- Perform, report, and drive remediation from Internal Quality Audits and participate in third party audit and inspection activities (MDR, MDSAP, etc.).

Support the development teams of all business areas, working within the project teams on new or sustaining product development projects. - Support the maintenance of the Essential Requirements Checklists / General Safety, Essential Requirements checklist and Technical Documentation Files.
- Assist with the compliance to changes to standards such as EN 60601-1, ROHS3, REACH, and Global regulatory requirements applicable to Spacelabs' products.
- Provide Quality System guidance to his or her product design teams. He or she shall be well versed in all aspects of Design Controls, Risk Management, Electrical Safety and all associated processes, policies, procedures, and records.
- Collaborate with engineering to determine and execute engineering design and development planning in support of regulatory submissions.
- Review Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders to identify critical components, defects in drawings/schematics, effective and adequate design documentation, product safety, and Quality System compliance.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and performance of QMS change management tools: Corrective Action Reports (CAR's), Preventive Action Reports (PAR's), and Process Change Orders (PCO's).
- Support the manufacturing teams of all business areas, working within the teams on new or sustaining product and process improvements.
- Shall review and approve Device History Record (DHR) deliverables to ensure that production activities comply with Mandatory Device Master Record (DMR) requirements.
- Perform Manufacturing floor walkthroughs based on 7S criteria to support improvements and collaboration.
- Facilitate efficient and effective processing of Nonconforming Material Reports and Rework Orders.
- Create and update quality system procedure to achieve continuous compliance to ISO13485, European MDD/MDR, and MDSAP.
- Assist in the preparation and submittal of registration applications. May assist in the preparation of IDE, 510(k), CE Mark, and other similar regulatory filings.
- Participate in cross-functional design teams to review all Design and Development Plans, Design Inputs, Design Outputs, V&V documents, and Design Changes including Defect Reports. Senior Quality Assurance Engineers shall recognize potential impacts to health or device efficacy ("Safety Issues"), support criticality assessment needed to ensure the application of reasonable and required Risk Management, Verification and Validation, and adequate record-keeping practices.
