CW is looking for a Janitorial Quality Control Assistant to help lead the charge in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance on a secure government installation. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be actively involved on-site each day—conducting inspections, supporting and coaching janitorial staff, and ensuring all work consistently meets contract requirements and industry best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Conducting daily walk-throughs and inspections across government buildings to ensure janitorial work meets contract standards.
- Using checklists and reporting tools to document quality metrics and identify improvement areas.

What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years hands – on commercial janitorial or custodial services experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, chemical handling, PPE use, or infection control.
- Hands-on knowledge of using floor scrubbers, auto-scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other custodial tools—especially in large or specialized facilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow procedures, and respond quickly to quality or safety issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, assembly, production, or distribution environment required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel is required
- Inventory Management experience required.
- Must show strong project management, excellent analytical, administrative management, and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent leadership, strong negotiation, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience managing through KPI performance required.

Position Overview
This position helps to oversee the quality and consistency of asphalt materials and paving, including supervising testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
* Ensures a safe working environment in compliance with all Safety Polices for all employees and visitors to the facility.

* Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
* Directs Field Technician in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
* Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product, quality, and reliability.
* Investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality in order to maintain customer relations.
* Job requires an extensive knowledge of aggregate, asphalt and respective test standards and the ability to perform/analyze product testing/results.
* Responsible for design and overseeing of all submissions of all concrete mix designs and their implementation at the plants.
* Responsible for overseeing all field testing. This includes cutting cores, taking densities using nuclear gauges, various other types of sampling and testing as needed.
* Responsible for all Material Certification submittals for the Company and outside customers as requested.
* Responsible for being liaison between the Company and outside testing labs. State Departments of Transportation, appropriate County and/or Cities, and independent labs are included.
* Responsible for informing the proper supervision of test results and giving technical advice and information when requested. This includes prompt notification of supervisors of poor test results and other deficiencies when they occur.
* Responsible for keeping accurate records of test results and correspondence.
* Required to take continuing education courses when available and at superior's discretion.
* Reliable attendance is essential in performing this role.
Qualifications

Position Summary
The BSA Quality Control Assistant Manager at MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) plays a critical role in ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process. This position involves the analysis of quality control data for in-process products, and final products. The Assistant Manager is responsible for performing detailed root cause analyses of any deviations or non-conformances and generating comprehensive reports to support continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with customers and vendors to address quality issues and ensure alignment with their quality expectations. A key focus of this position is on data analysis, trend tracking, and identifying patterns to proactively address potential quality concerns. By ensuring the effective implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, and working in tandem with cross-functional teams, the Assistant Manager plays an integral part in sustaining and enhancing product quality while cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders.

- Quality Control and Assurance:
- Ensure accurate documentation of quality control processes and procedures, including the development and continuous update of control plans, work instructions, and special characteristics management plans, in alignment with revised Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Collaborate in the creation of essential quality documents, such as work instructions, procedures, and flowcharts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
- Leverage expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to effectively compile, analyze, and present quality-related information, including trend analysis and performance metrics.
- Monitor product quality, repairs, workmanship, proper labeling, and part allocation, ensuring strict adherence to established quality standards.
- Oversee torque audits utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts, data forms, and the Torque Auditor tool to ensure consistent compliance with quality standards and process controls.
- Prepare and present daily, month-to-date, and annual quality reports, providing insightful analysis and tracking trends to support decision-making by the management team.
- Data Analysis and Trend Tracking:
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to track quality trends over time, identify potential issues, and recommend corrective actions based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain a focus on identifying patterns in quality metrics, ensuring proactive solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
- 5-S Standards Maintenance:
- Ensure compliance with 5-S standards within the Quality Control Department to maintain organized, efficient, and safe working environments.
- Performance Management and Oversight:
- Make critical, time-sensitive decisions during assigned shifts, demonstrating autonomy and the ability to act independently to ensure operational efficiency, consistent quality, and adherence to company standards.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant area, with a strong preference for expertise in data analysis, quality control, quality assurance, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management systems, including implementation and maintenance, as well as auditing and assessing both internal processes and supplier/customer relations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to apply analytical techniques to identify trends, assess quality metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Expertise in training techniques, including the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement actionable solutions.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Six Sigma methodologies (Black/Green Belt), and other quality tools to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and industry requirements, particularly in automotive manufacturing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and leading cross-functional teams to achieve quality and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software applications for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of mechanical processes.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to take decisive action under pressure.
- Basic understanding of reading blueprints and interpreting part specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt).

QC Assistant Manager supports the Quality Control Manager in overseeing all inspection, testing, and documentation processes to ensure ATMI products meet company, PCI, and customer standards. This role coordinates daily activities of the QC team, assists in training and mentoring inspectors, and reviews production records to maintain compliance with applicable codes and specifications.
