**Position Summary** :
The Quality Control Inspector performs inspections, checks testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Carries out packaging line, manufacturing inspections and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met. Monitors critical equipment and instrumentation. Assists with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Performs First Article inspections, final inspection and testing of key units, and inspects all labeling and packaging of finished products
+ Ensures consistent application of quality procedures and processes necessary for successful and compliant inspection of product
+ Inspects devices and identifies non-conforming material
+ Cleans and inspects tray systems upon receipt from the field
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
+ Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
+ Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

**Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years' experience in a regulated environment preferred
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ AA in a technical field preferred
+ Solid written and oral communication skills

+ Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
+ Basic proficiency in ASME Y14.5M and blueprint reading
+ Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485

The Bilingual Quality Assurance Analyst will serve as a representative of the CDC-INFO contact centers' Quality organization and will apply scoring guidelines provided in quality manuals and other monitoring documents to conduct Quality monitoring observations on telephone calls and e-mail written correspondence, handled by Customer Service Representatives to ensure contacts meet CDC-INFO's established requirements and internal customer service performance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
- Provide feedback on call monitoring results.
- Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions of a complex nature between the caller/chatter/correspondent and the worker, and provide appropriate context of ratings.
Education and Requirements:
- Conducts call monitoring sessions to ensure that agents are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards
- Works with Customer Service Supervisors in assisting them in monitoring their team
- Follows procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided by agents through monitoring incoming calls and other work types while focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures
- Provides feedback on call monitoring results to agents and other operational areas within the contact centers and to the client
- Participates in calibration sessions with the client and complies with calibration results
- Identifies and communicates trends with contact center management; compiles and verifies statistical reports regarding quality metrics for review by staff
- Maintains up to date knowledge of program and company regulations and policies and support those policies and procedures
- Adheres to policies and procedures as they relate to the confidentiality of information and protect personal identifiable information (PII)
Education:
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree preferred
- At least 3 years of related experience in call center monitoring, quality assurance, and/or customer service
- Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement concepts, procedures, and processes
- Ability to meet call monitoring deadlines and perform with skill and accuracy
- Organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills. Must be able to prioritize and organize work and work successfully in a multi-task environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills; strong typing ability required

ABOUT THE ROLE
Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a Quality Assurance Technical Representative (Roofing Inspector) in the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania area. This is a full-time, year-round, salary-based position with a company vehicle, cell phone, tablet and expense account provided.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
• Physically inspect roof installations for quality and workmanship.
• Issue the roof warranty in accordance with the Duro-Last specifications.
• Make repairs to Duro-Last roofs.
• Conduct on-site training classes and offer guidance to contractors in proper roof installation.
• Provide support to Duro-Last contractors and sales reps in territory.
• Schedule inspections and repairs and prepare reports for warranties.
• This is a physically challenging position that requires bending, lifting, pulling, climbing, etc.
• Other job duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Two to four years of experience in commercial low slope roofing, construction, roof inspection or quality assurance is highly desirable.
• Individual must be equipped with strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation and communication skills (both orally and written).
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Demonstration of strong work ethics (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy) is necessary.
• The ability to complete responsibilities and operate equipment conforming to company production, personnel and safety procedures is needed.
• The ability to read and comprehend roofing specifications.
• Must be able to communicate and handle conflict in a professional manner.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Must be willing to do extensive regional travel.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to pass a physical agility test, drug screen & criminal background check.
