A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join their team in Atlanta Georgia. This person will be supporting a stockpile that houses emergency response equipment that can be deployed in emergency situations such as covid 19 or natural disasters. Product in this stockpile can include but not limited to vaccine equipment, medicine, masks, ventilators, etc. This person will be working in the stockpile conducting quality control audits on everything that comes into and or is already existing in the warehouse. This person is expected to understand standard operating procedures and be able to draft them up. They will also be expected to know FDA regulations and guidelines and communicate with third party vendors.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

- A minimum five (5) years of quality control/quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical
industry providing oversight to QC/QA tasks/projects and other cGMP oversite responsibilities.
- Direct quality control experience (we have been running into people that have CTMP and work with quality control they need to be apart of the team- actually doing tasks themselves)
- Experience conducting quality control audits
- Expertise in maintaining regulatory compliance-including during PHE responses-with cGMP, inventory systems validation, FDA regulatory guidance, and 21 CFR (Parts 11, 210, 211, 600 and 800)
- Being able to interpret SOPs (standard operation procedures)and Draft them

The Mobile Integration Center (MIC) QC Manager is responsible for the quality policies and procedures of the MIC Department ensuring a 99%+ quality score. This includes understanding the customer's requirements and validating that our policies and procedures adhere to the customer’s needs. The Quality Control Manager will ensure the MIC’s quality procedures/processes support efficient workflows. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with the MIC Staging Managers to ensure that all Stratix quality control procedures are being followed.
To be successful, the Quality Control Manage r should have excellent communication and listening skills, with strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A basic understanding of regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data. If additional quality check points are required, the Quality Control Manager will make recommendations to Team Leads and/or Supervisors and assist with updating, creating and documenting processes. The Quality Manager will capture data and produce metrics related to the pass/fail percentage of work performed by the Quality Control team at Stratix.

- Management of the MIC Audit, MIC Tech Support and MIC First Article Review process.
- Devising ways to improve the production process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Responsible for the First Article review and approval for new projects.

**Prior work experience and educational requirements**
+ Minimum 15 years' experience in the construction industry with a contractor engaged in general building construction.
+ Prior experience with welding to include certification in code stamp.
+ Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
+ Combination of high school diploma with QC experience and certifications will be considered.
+ Proficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook.
+ Proficient with QA/QC systems, platforms, and technologies that allow for tracking, metrics and reporting.
+ OSHA 30-hour certification.
**Physical Demands**
+ The physical demands are those of a typical construction site, including some field travel:
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. as necessary when performing necessary duties.
+ Work from heights (ladder access and usage)
+ Work outside during all types of weather
