Commitment Bonus (2-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift, $0,000 for Night Shift

Shift Differentials:â âEvening $2.5 /hour / Night 4.00/hour / Weekend 1.50/hour

Department/Unit Summary

The operating room is equipped with six beds and handles an average of 400 cases per month. The scope of procedures includes a diverse range of specialties: Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Cataract and Retinal Eye surgeries, Gynecologic, Laparoscopic and Endoscopic, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Plastic and Reconstructive, Prostate, and Gastroenterological surgeries. The majority of cases are general and orthopedic. Surgical operations are conducted Monday through Friday, with additional night, weekend, and holiday call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.

Additional requirements include:

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required withinâ 0 days of hire.

  • AHA ACLS and AHA PALS are required within six months of hire.â

  • Handle With Care within 90 days of hireâ

  • One year of experience preferred
