Role and Scope of Position:
Supports the implementation, of the Eversource Quality Control program as it relates to any of the following construction, maintenance, meter service, leak survey, corrosion, damage prevention, LNG and I&R activities at Eversource Gas. Ensures that work and activities are performed in accordance with all federal, state, and company construction standards and procedures and all safety rules and standards established by the Company and required by law. The QC Specialist has the authority to direct and stop, if necessary, work to ensure compliance with all requirements. This position is an authorized company representative when on job sites and has the authority to make decisions, within their area of responsibility, on behalf of the Company.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Ensures safe work practices are being employed in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety Handbook and Contractor Safety Manual.
+ Ensures all work activities are being performed in accordance with Gas Distribution construction standards and operating procedures. Verifies that the work is being performed by qualified personnel.
+ Verifies that work packages are in order with appropriate work procedures as required, mark out ticket, and mapping information.
+ Monitors resources associated with the Company's re-dig program.
+ Supports the on-boarding of contractor crews and verifies that all aspects of the Company's Operator Qualification Plan are being followed.
+ Identifies non-compliant conditions and situations, makes recommendations for corrective action.
+ Responsible for accurate documentation of inspection results.
+ Responsible for the Company's gas quality control programs.
+ Performs activities that will contribute to the annual gas inspection plan including random inspections and re-dig program activities.
+ Will be assigned an ERP role and will support Gas or Electric during any ERP or Work Continuation event as required.
**Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:**

+ Requires knowledge of gas construction and maintenance standards, work practices and procedures, and safety requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, related discipline or equivalent experience

**Working Conditions:**
+ _This position is categorized as safety-sensitive for the purpose of drug testing. Purpose

The Associate Director, QC, acts as senior leadership for the Quality Control operation at Evergreen Theragnostics. This position will oversee and lead the QC department at Evergreen. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Design, establish and maintain a standard QC operational structure with assigned roles and responsibilities that can be aligned with the needs of the organization.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a QC training matrix and program to ensure consistency in execution and retention of capability & skill.
  • Define specific qualification standards for SMEs and the subsequent qualification processes.
  • Manage mid-management (supervisors, managers etc) direction to ensure alignment of objectives and completion of deliverables by the department.
  • Provide technical guidance and decisions to mid-management in order to be able to achieve the required objectives and deliverables.
  • Design, maintain and defend the internal departmental processes to ensure compliance to cGXP requirements.
  • Oversee and manage departmental efficiency and proficiency to enable a lean operation.
  • Review and approve department related protocols, procedures, test methods, and studies as appropriate. Responsible to create, maintain and harmonize key business processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Internal and CDMO management team in the identification of best practices in industry related to technology transfers, pharmaceutical technology to create a competitive advantage.
  • Partner with Business Development (BD) team in identifying and evaluating new technological platforms and pipeline products for Evergreen Theragnostics’ business growth.
  • Partner with site operations to effectively deliver analytical services to meet product release timelines for future product supply. Partner with existing sites in the network to incorporate lessons learned from ‘sending’ sites for an optimized analytical process.
  • Leads, motivate, mentor, and develops team members to exceed and meet company goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other division groups and external partners in support of technology transfer, validation, and process support activities.
  • Lead assigned operational personnel in owning Quality processes within the required responsibility of the department (i.e. Change controls, Investigations, CAPAs, Protocol & report writing)
  • Responsible to review and co-author key CMC sections with external partners and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Actively promotes safety rules and awareness. Always demonstrates good safety practices including the appropriate use of protective equipment.
  • Report and take initiative to correct safety and environmental hazards.

Typical Minimum Skills and Experience and Education

  • Requirements include a B.S. in relevant scientific/technical disciplines, advanced degrees (e.g., MS) or technological certificates preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical industry preferred but not required
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in a GMP Quality Control Environment.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in defending QC operations against FDA and EMEA regulatory inspections.
  • Previous experience with managing a microbiology department is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with sterile filled/finished drug products, medical device, radiopharmaceuticals and CDMO management strongly preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Subject matter expert (SME) in various analytical test methods and analytical technology. Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements related to the design and control of these processes.
  • Knowledge of SOPs, cGMPs, GCPs and GLPs and the ability to work and manage within a regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with the execution of technology transfer and scale up programs for commercial drug product analytical processes.
  • Familiarity with Design of Experiments, Quality by Design, and Quality Risk Management concepts commonly employed in pharmaceutical manufacturing & testing.

Position Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Field Quality Control Technician to support our paving operations team. This role is responsible for performing on-site testing and inspection of hot mix asphalt to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in outdoor field environments, an understanding of paving operations (or a willingness to learn), and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.


This is a field-based position that requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and extended hours, based on project schedules and operational needs.


Essential Functions:

1. Safety always wins. Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and company policies while working on job sites.

2. Measurement. Perform field sampling and testing of hot mix asphalt in accordance with industry standards (e.g., AASHTO, ASTM, and applicable state DOT specifications).

3. Results matter. Conduct density testing using a non-nuclear gauge and other approved quality control methods.

4. Determined. Monitor material temperatures, mix properties, and compaction levels during active paving operations.

5. Ownership and caring. Accurately document and report daily test results to internal teams and regulatory agencies, as required.

6. Communicate findings and concerns promptly with paving crews and project management to support proactive quality assurance.

7. Dedication. Assist in identifying and troubleshooting quality concerns in the field, recommending corrective actions as needed.

8. Obligated. Maintain testing equipment and supplies in good working condition and ready for use.

9. Mastery. Support internal audits and maintain project documentation to meet compliance and quality record requirements.


Position Requirements

Requirements, Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical training in construction materials, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.

2. Prior experience in asphalt testing, paving operations, or construction materials quality control strongly preferred (on-the-job training available).

3. Familiarity with DOT specifications and quality standards related to asphalt paving are preferred.

4. Relevant certifications such as NETTCP, ACI, or equivalent preferred (or willingness to obtain is required).

5. Must have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.

6. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and flexible hours , including early mornings, nights, and weekends, based on project demands.

7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

8. Authorization to work in the U.S.

**You will contribute by:**
+ Validating physical product matches the customer order using a handheld scanner. Product is scanned and compared to system billed quantity. Scanning and unloading product to the floor performing a physical count to the scanner count. All errors found are root caused by reviewing actual and surrounding pick slots. All mis-select errors and shortages are corrected as necessary based on the customer contract. After audit is validated product is reloaded onto pallet and returned to dock or trailer.
+ Carrying out quality checks related to pallet construction. Product wrapped, stacked and positioned well on pallet and in good condition
+ Unloading pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify random pallet not yet loaded for audit.
