Overview:
The level C Inspection Technician supports Quality Engineers in ensuring that products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements by assisting in the analysis and resolution of product conformance issues. This role heavily involves performing basic inspections on electromechanical assemblies and panel/module assemblies, supporting quality assurance objectives, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions:
· Support Quality Engineers in ensuring products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements by assisting in the analysis and resolution of product conformance problems.
· Perform basic inspections on electromechanical assemblies and panel/module assemblies. Assist in interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications, and lists to approve or reject units.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled **Quality Inspection Technician** to join the Additive Design and Manufacturing (ADaM) team at a leading aerospace facility in Monroe, NC. In this role, you'll serve as the primary quality inspector, ensuring additively manufactured components meet rigorous aerospace standards. You will manage the metrology lab, oversee inspection equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the highest level of quality and compliance.
**What You'll Do**
+ Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of additively manufactured components using advanced metrology techniques (3D Scanner, CMM, etc.).
+ Manage setup, qualification, and maintenance of inspection equipment.

+ Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and Measurement System Analysis (Gauge R&R).

+ Strong understanding of GD&T principles.

What We Need from You (Our Requirements):
