**What You'll Be Doing:**
As the **MQ Tech at Lilly Sr. Director** at our new Site, you'll spearhead the IT landscape, reporting to both the M&Q IT VP and the Manufacturing Associated VP Site Head. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the Digital agenda and transformation for these facilities. This is an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build and operate a new site. **Basic Qualifications:**
+ A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
+ 10+ years of leadership in Pharma IT, with a focus on API Manufacturing.
+ 10+ years expertise in MES, Data Integration, and Advanced Analytics.
**Additional preference**
+ Strong experience with MES system implementations, Data Integration and Advance Analytics.
+ Flexibility to localize in any part of US
+ Position will be based out of Indianapolis, IN site with ability to travel to other US and global Lilly sites as required and up to 50% of the time.
**Other Information:**
+ Role is Monday through Friday and based on-site. Must be flexible in providing support to accommodate other inputs (production schedules, shutdowns, etc.). Occasional extended hour and / or off-hour work may be required.
+ Position will be based in one of Lillys API manufacturing sites across the US- Indianapolis, IN, Lebanon, IN, Houston, TX, North Carolina, Virginia, with ability to travel to other global Lilly sites as required

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$57,500 - 231,000
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). + Define and manage KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Create and deliver executive-ready reports, briefings, decision memos, and strategic roadmaps.
+ Coordinate automation initiatives to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
+ Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane to analyze data and present insights clearly.
+ Support project management activities by organizing and tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

+ Over 4 years of experience in reporting and analytics, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and ALM Octane.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of producing executive-level deliverables.
+ Proven project management experience with a structured and organized approach to work.
+ Self-motivated with strong ideation and problem-solving abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
