POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Qualtrics Administrator / Developer to manage, enhance, and support our clients experience management platform. This role is admin-heavy (80%), focusing primarily on, user support, and survey management with additional responsibilities for delivering technical enhancements and integrations, particularly with Salesforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 2 4+ years of experience administering Qualtrics, preferably in an enterprise or multi-team environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce (Admin-level familiarity or integration exposure).
  • Strong understanding of survey design, logic, and data flow within Qualtrics CoreXM or Experience platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to train and support users of varying technical levels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Qualtrics API and integrating third-party tools.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for light survey customization.

Platform Administration and Optimization

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage with internal teams to assess survey needs, document workflows, and drive process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with CX, product management, IT, and data teams to design and implement strategic solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Lead communication efforts to promote user engagement, deliver training, and ensure adherence to standards and best practices across teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and user inquiries related to platform features and functionality
Technical Project Management
  • Manage and execute complex technical projects, adapting to changing requirements while maintaining system integrity
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in administration, reporting, and support of Qualtrics EX surveys
  • Proficient in SQL with at least two years of experience

The Qualtrics proposal library contains over 10,000 digital assets that range in topic, scope, and length. You'll work closely with our Content Manager to maintain and improve the library in order to further Qualtrics' business goals. The Content Manager will:

  • Review current library content for technical accuracy, relevance, business value, and/or formatting updates
  • Collaborate with Qualtrics' subject matter experts to update outdated content
  • Gain a strategic understanding of RFP (requests for proposal) responses and the pre-sales process for a variety of sectors and industries
  • Review completed RFPs for new library content to fill knowledge gaps
  • Develop enablement materials for the content library and our content management system
  • Learn how to develop and maintain compelling, persuasive RFP content

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining

  • 2+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis

  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources

  • Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses and visualization of targeted data sources

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Natural Language Processing

  • Knowledge of text mining or machine learning techniques

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in the development of algorithms leveraging R, Python, or SQL/NoSQL

  • 2+ years of experience with Distributed data or computing tools, including MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL

  • 2+ years of experience with Machine Learning, AI or NLP

  • Experience with visualization packages, including Plotly, Seaborn, or ggplot2

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
