We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Manager with strong experience in data analysis, SQL, and financial services (banking & trading products). - Monitor, Support and Analyze database performance issues and make changes to optimize performance to meet SLAs of critical Tier0/1 applications.
- Develop and review the best practices of Database code including functions, packages, procedures, and Materialized views.
- Modify, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries/packages to ensure consistent and reliable DB performance.
- Data modeling and review of existing and new schemas with Product and Development team(s).
- Support and scale high speed Enqueue/Dequeue of messages from Oracle AQs.
- Supporting applications in Data guard, RAC and GG microservices.
- Maintain security standards, Data Masking, Redaction and Fine-Grained Auditing.
- Support Disaster Recovery, on call rotation and escalations to meet SLAs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
