• Strong background in franchise operations management, preferably supporting multiple owners across a region or national territory.
• Proven success in improving sales, profitability, and operational execution at scale.
• Exceptional relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, KPIs, and financial drivers.
• Experience supporting large-scale openings, market launches, and growth initiatives.

This role involves driving end-to-end enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing digital systems across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain technical architectures for QSR systems, covering applications, data, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute technology strategies for innovation and operational excellence
• Lead the design of scalable and interoperable technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Oversee system integration efforts to ensure efficient operations and data flow across QSR applications
• Enforce cybersecurity and data protection protocols across platforms and services
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization and tuning strategies
• Define and maintain architectural standards and governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
