Scope of Work

The candidate will be responsible for completion of assigned duties and report to the Team Lead. The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions:
• Analyze data and reporting requirement for various facets of post-execution activities for fixed income (fixed and floating rate bonds, MBS, ABS), derivatives (futures, options, swaps), and cash products (repo, Money-market, FX).
• Must be able to independently analyze current reports to understand them in conjunction to the new data semantics and document the updated requirements.
• Work with IT teams to facilitate design solutions that meet business needs.

4. Skill Set Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of Capital & Investment Markets and Portfolio Performance Measurement and Attribution.
• Understanding of Murex data and ability to analyze requirement for end user reports.

This Analyst role in the Global Financial Crimes Division of MUFG Bank, Ltd. ("GFCD") will report to the Vice President, GFCD Issues Management ("IM") Reporting & Analysis Team ("VP"). As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be a collaborative, solution-oriented team member that is passionate about enhancing data analytics and the reporting experience for varied user groups across Lincoln Financial Distributors. In this role, you will work to develop and streamline global processes and reporting for the preparation of analysis, data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations.

+ Generating standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
+ Synthesizing current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
+ Providing data-driven insights and reporting to key stakeholders across all levels of the organization by managing campaign segmentations and integrating data and analytics.
+ Optimizing existing Tableau, MicroStrategy dashboards with a focus on integrity, usability, performance, flexibility, testability, and standardization.
+ Maintaining a library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
+ Creating business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs
+ Providing technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
+ Creating data visualizations for all analytics deliverables including cohorts, segmentation, and producer profiling.
+ Synthesizing complex information and performing analysis by processing data, reconciling against multiple data sources/systems, while being creative in finding new ways to efficiently manage, present & interpret.
+ Setting up a Data Integration Layer by consolidating data from multiple data sources ensuring data consistency and data quality by handling basic data cleansing and standardization of data elements.
+ Coaching by building strong rapport with junior team members to create a supportive environment. Serve as a resource for junior team members, answering questions and providing guidance to help develop their skills.

+ 7+ years of experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role
+ 4 years/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Engineering, or related quantitative coursework. Relevant coursework must have a concentration in analytics, statistical modeling, or related quantitative disciplines.
+ Strong command of relational databases and SQL, ETL data into relational database.
+ Proficiency with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis; ability to build, maintain and deploy sequences of automated processes with these tools.
+ Internally motivated self-starter.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with **anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range** and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
