The R2R Transformation team within Global Business Solutions - Transact To Deliver is focused on driving an extensive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes and technology across the enterprise. **What You'll Do**
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
+ Lead key initiatives across the Finance Core and R2R transformation roadmap using Agile methodologies

As a R2R SAP Solution Designer , you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry leading practices and products. This role will provide functional and technical expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating requirements for corporate applications. Responsibilities
+ Serve as SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing hands-on configuration expertise across core modules including SAP GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank Accounting, FSCM (Treasury), CCA, PCA, Material Ledger, COPA, and Concur.
+ Lead the design and definition of organizational structures and chart of accounts within SAP, translating business requirements into scalable system specifications to support both current and future financial needs.
+ Drive the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing enhancement of SAP FICO systems, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA functionalities such as New GL, Fixed Assets, Group Reporting, and Project Systems.
+ Manage and support full software development lifecycle activities and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid), including business requirements gathering, system design and configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
+ Integrate SAP FICO modules with other SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, and PS, ensuring seamless end-to-end business process execution.
+ Oversee finance-related month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with GAAP, FCC, and IFRS standards, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations.
+ Design, configure, and support banking interfaces such as Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), ACH, WIRE, Check payments, positive pay files, credit card processes, and cash applications.
+ Provide configuration and functional expertise in project settlement to fixed assets, including WBS, networks, activities, scheduling, CATS, resource-related billing, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
+ Develop functional specifications for custom ABAP developments (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms), and collaborate with technical teams for delivery.
+ Lead R2R (Record to Report) functions as a senior functional lead, with responsibility for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
+ Coordinate and document project go-live activities, provide post-go-live support, and ensure user training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
+ Plan and manage system enhancements, upgrades, and patching activities within SAP ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices in governance, risk, and compliance (e.g., SOX).
+ Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper financial controls and documentation, and responding to audit requests in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Collaborate closely with business users and IT teams to gather business needs and transform them into efficient and effective SAP system solutions.
+ Prepare and present solution designs and business cases using advanced analytical tools and presentation platforms such as Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Create business process diagrams and documentation including process flows, business process procedures, and standard operating procedures.

You will support the end-to-end R2R process, including General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis while serving as the primary liaison between technology teams and business partners. You will report to the R2R Process Lead and ensure seamless integration of SAP and related applications with the core ERP system.
You Will:
- Ensure project milestones and goals are met by collaborating with users to develop functional requirements, conducting FIT-GAP analysis, creating detailed functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications, preparing use case scenarios and test scripts, implementing functional testing, and preparing cut-over plans.
- Evaluate requirements and satellite application integration needs, translating them into detailed functional specifications for SAP R2R modules.
- Be a liaison between the business process team, partners, and technology teams to resolve support issues.
- Collaborate with teams to perform system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with R2R team members and other value stream teams to ensure cohesive collaboration, including Change Management, Application Development, Technology, and Data teams, and managing relationships with the System Integrator team.
- Develop knowledge and competency in super users and subject matter experts, ensuring instructional materials are accurate and providing expertise for end-user training.
- Stay informed on industry trends, changes in R2R regulations, and future SAP developments relevant to your process areas.
You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.
