Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a **Racquet Sports Instructor** to join the recreation team at our new state-of-the-art facility in **Bentonville, Arkansas** .
_This is an on-call position covering for regular staff wh_
Professionally design and teach high quality individual/group racquet lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities while providing a fun, engaging playing environment that addresses the skill level of the students. Minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of equipment for events.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Design and teach individual and group racquet lessons.
+ Provide minor court/ equipment maintenance, preparation/breakdown of badminton equipment for events.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
+ 1+ years racquet sports teaching experience with children and/or adults required.
+ Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute or National Safety Council required.
+ Professional appearance and attitude.
+ Start/complete lessons in a timely manner.
+ Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
+ Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands, meet deadlines, and collaborate with all business units.
+ Ensure students/players adhere to HF safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Compensation: $15 - $46/class (based on class length). Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

The Tennis Receptionist assists the Tennis Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Tennis Department. They schedule court time and educate members on tennis programs, lessons, and equipment. They assist with Life Shop sales and promotion (where applicable) while providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Greets, schedules lessons and court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner

Job Description
BODYROK and our trainers have earned the reputation for delivering some of the most challenging and comprehensive workouts in California. We are very excited to bring this concept to Rockridge! We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method taught on custom-built reformers and deliver one of the best 45-minute full-body workouts our clients have ever had. Our trainers are mic'd up, high-energy instructors, teaching to heart-pumping music, in beautiful studios. They're teaching some of the quickest transitions, all in an effort to deliver the most high-intensity, low-impact workouts leaving the clients energized and sore for days. Qualifications:
- Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
- Excellent ability to multitask.
- Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand.
- Minimum 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
- Ability to motivate and challenge group classes.
- Great cueing, ability to communicate.
- Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

Compensation: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
