Job Description
+ Raw material planning and scheduling to fulfill master and detailed production schedule between raw material suppliers, including PO creation, forecast sharing.
+ Create, validate and maintain a valid materials plan based on upon the Master plan and Master production schedule.
+ Monitor, analyze, raw material supplier's performance. (OTD, Capability, etc.)
+ Recommend disposition of non-productive inventory for internally manufactured semi-finished and finished products, raw materials.
+ Ensure the right materials are procured at the right time, quality and quantity to minimize production and storage costs, based on the material plan.
+ Maintain accurate raw material and supplier master data including planning parameters such as order quantities or lot sizes, lead times and safety stocks.
+ Communicates with manufacturing, plant technical, purchasing, and master scheduling personnel regarding supply problems and their resolutions.
+ Highlight critical items and escalate to key functions/leadership in a timely manner in order to prevent any business crisis in advance and keep having the strong ownership until it's resolved
+ Participate with manufacturing and/or technology in the structure of Material Master/BOM's/recipes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 3+ years relevant experience working in supply chain organization
+ Planning system experience (ex: APO, OMP, SAP)
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to manage by influence
+ Broad flexibility and aptitude to work in a team, across multiple functions

As Raw Material Manager, you are responsible for leading the raw material function to support the success of the McComb mill and are accountable for all raw material log purchases and sales, support of mill residual sales and flows.
The position is located in the McComb, MS area.
*In this role you will:*
* Lead the development and execution of a sustainable raw material sourcing plan for the mill. The sourcing plans will be developed in conjunction with the MS/LA Area raw material strategy.
* Be a key working member and leader in the MS/LA Raw Material Team, and a key member of the McComb mill management team

WHAT WE NEED
The Bulk Unloader is responsible for scheduling and receiving bulk ingredients that meet established quality standards and supply production floor with quality bulk ingredients. Works closely with the production planning team to order bulk ingredients to support the production schedule, monitors bulk tanks and reschedules as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Performs in-house testing, following standard operating procedures, to accurately verify that the product meets specifications and quality standards.
- Following the EUP for unloading materials, ensures all materials are loaded into the correct tanks by double checking all paperwork and verifying the accurate use of the inbound hookups.
- Works with production planning team, the production team, and the inventory control team on a regular basis to order, schedule and reschedule bulk materials to ensure their availability in order to accommodate the production schedule.
- Monitors and records daily bulk tank levels and coordinates needed CIPs with the sanitation team.
- Provides backup to the other Production teams when not performing bulk unloading activities.
- Following the appropriate EUPs, enters receipts and analytical data obtained from the bulk testing, into SAP-- Insuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitors Tanks & Pumps conditions, places work orders with maintenance if repairs are needed.
- Be aware of UV’s & Filters, change filters as required, and brings any issues to maintenance attention.
- Always keeps the outdoor areas and bulk areas clean and audit ready as evidenced by plant quality audit results.
- ≥95% GMP audit results for the Bulk Unloading area.
- Timely identification of equipment repair needs and submission of repair tickets as necessary.
- Effective communications to the maintenance team any issues that are observed.
- Maintenance of the Bulk Unloading area as demonstrated by the Food Safety Audit results for the area.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of shipping/receiving related experience is required . Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience working with scales, PLCs, ultrasonic level gauges, pumps & analytical data testing instruments is strongly preferred .
- Basic computer literacy using MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 100 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
- Ability to work in high places and outdoor conditions to include extreme hot, cold and humid conditions.

**Qualifications**
+ B.S. in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
+ 2+ years of experience in supply chain or related field
+ Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
+ APICS (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferred
+ Familiar and competent in the use of SAP/OMP preferred
+ Demonstrated strength in planning and organizational skills
+ Ability to run multiple projects or initiatives at a time
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Description
The Raw Material Planner manages the supply and inventory of raw materials needed for production, ensuring a consistent and adequate supply to meet production schedules. They coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with other functions to optimize material flow and minimize waste.
This is a hybrid role located at the Circleville Site (preferred) or Chestnut Run Plaza.
**What do we expect from you?**
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Coordinate with master planner, master scheduler, and asset scheduler to understand long-and short-term forecasts so that production can occur according to plan
+ Create, validate, and maintain a valid materials plan based upon the master production schedule
+ Communicate forecast to raw material suppliers including short term changes
+ Ensure materials are available on time and in the correct quantities to support production schedules and meet inventory targets
+ Analyze material usage, forecasted demand, and identify potential supply chain issues
