**Essential Duties:**
+ Conduct all-source analysis of foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.
+ Assess the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment; their associated facilities and output levels, knowledge of emerging and enabling technologies; and supporting industrial supply networks from raw materials to finished weapon systems. Analysis includes but is not limited to overall industrial organization, production processes, industrial control systems, design and surge capacities, cooperative arrangements with foreign defense industries and reliance on foreign technologies.
+ Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies.
+ Use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
**Minimum Requirements** :
+ This position requires an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI). Must be able to obtain a polygraph.
+ Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and at least 8 years of experience conducting analysis.
+ OR an additional 4 years of experience, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organization, and intelligence disciplines.
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for selling products from the Omniseal Solutions portfolio (seals and polymer parts) primarily to the Space and Defense industries within North America to existing and new customers. + Coordinates communication between our organization and customer engineering to see projects evolve into new business.
+ Interfaces with customers on pricing, quality and delivery information; provides product samples as required.

- Proven understanding and knowledge of competitive issues in the defense and intelligence industry
- Excellent communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation
- Demonstrated experience presenting GIS and defense and intelligence topics to a variety of audiences
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task with shifting priorities

Overview
Wind River is seeking a strategic and industry-savvy and result-driven Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for our solutions across the global Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of the ADG landscapeincluding its technologies, buyer personas, and regulatory environmentand the ability to translate that knowledge into compelling messaging, content, and campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing embedded and intelligent edge solutions to A&D and government buyers, with a focus on pipeline growth.
As a key member of the marketing team, youll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with technical and executive audiences. Youll craft thought leadership and content that positions Wind River as a trusted voice in the industry, while driving measurable impact on pipeline growth and market visibility.
What Youll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the ADG industry, staying current on market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs.
- Translate complex technology and regulatory topics into clear, compelling messaging tailored to the ADG audience.
- Develop high-impact contentincluding blogs, whitepapers, sales collateral, and thought leadershipthat reflects our industry perspective and strengthens market positioning.
- Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, paid media, and events to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Sales to align marketing programs with strategic account priorities and accelerate deal velocity.
- Partner with industry collaborators on co-marketing initiatives and joint events.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize future efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing to A&D and Federal Government sectors, including ground, air, naval, space, and civilian agencies (Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, Treasury, Health and Human Services, etc)
- Demonstrated expertise in embedded and intelligent edge technologies, with a strong grasp of their strategic applications in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of defense industry buyer personas, including prime integrators and emerging/non-traditional contractors.
- Well-versed in the regulatory landscape governing the ADG industry, with the ability to interpret and translate complex requirements into compliant, market-relevant messaging.
- Proven ability to develop high-impact contentsuch as blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership piecesthat articulates our point of view and positions Wind River as an industry leader.
- Skilled at crafting clear, compelling messaging tailored to both technical and executive audiences, grounded in industry insight and aligned with customer needs.
- Proven success in demand generation and event marketing; ABM experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and marketing alignment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with Sales and Partner teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce, AI tools, and performance analytics platforms.

The annual base salary range for this roles listed grade level is $120,000 to $80,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and 150,000 to 200,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.

What You'll Do
At BCG Platinion, were bringing design to the front line of business challenges, creating work that solves problems in novel, feasible, and desirable ways. As a Principal Architect, you will collaborate on interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, technical experts, and consultants to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions. In this role, you will apply your sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizations to technically transform.
NOTE: This role is specifically seeking a leader to serve primarily in the US Public Sector as part of BCG Platinions Architecture practice, but also open to commercial and private sector engagements where required.
Ideal candidate requirements given client and contract / portfolio requirements include US Citizenship, active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance (e.g. DoD Secret / Top Secret), prior expertise with portfolio and project management of US federal government agencies in a technology consulting context is preferred.

- Experience in agile engineering and tooling support.
- An agile mindset that moves past blockers and a vision to iteratively migrate to the next/modern set of architecture capabilities with a lens of business benefits/value.
- Willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects.

The first year base compensation for this role is $230,000 in USD. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and retirement contribution.
