This position will report to the Vice President of Nuclear Technologies and Materials (NTM) Division. This incumbent will manage/coordinate current terrestrial and space nuclear reactor related programs and maintain NTM's state-of-the-art reactor technology and design capabilities and have a focus on interacting with DOE. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

About Our Team:
Nuclear Facilities Operations provides operational management of nuclear reactor facilities. These facilities include the Annular Core Research Reactor Facility and the Sandia Pulsed Reactor Facility & Critical Experiment. These nuclear facilities are used in experiments for a wide variety of programmatic customers. Detailed facility descriptions are captured in the documented safety analysis for each nuclear facility. This is part of the Radiation, Electrical and High Energy Density (REHEDS) Research Foundation at Sandia.

Our summer intern program is tailored to individuals who are currently enrolled full-time students at an accredited four-year college or university. The internships run from May to August - dependent on the school calendar.
