My client is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their team in the Dallas area. This individual will be parting with the acquisition managers to do the underwriting, acquisition and repositioning and sale for all of the properties they bring in. They will also give recommendations to these acquisition managers, review properties, occasional work negotiation scope, listings, etc. They will not be in the field at all, or have direct reports, but will help the Acquisition team with any additional support they need.
