About The Role:
As Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team's production and delivery of research material.
What You'll Do:
- Research, collect and enter market information regarding the commercial real estate market.
- Track and gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, new developments, etc.
- Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale Research outputs, under the supervision of a Research Manager.
- Connect with brokers and developers to gather market intelligence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
