**Job Title: Director, Investment Analysis-Feasibility**
**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.**
**Location: 3 Ravinia Drive, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30346**
**Salary: $169,757 per year**
**Your day to day**
+ Prepare underwriting for development opportunities (franchised and managed), including, on occasion, underwriting for company managed hotels / owned hotels. Position will report to the Head of Feasibility. The role will co-ordinate the work of other team members.
+ Prepare underwriting for deals - both franchised (top line only) and managed deals (full P&L).
+ Allocate work to team and perform initial review of their underwriting. Work closely with the development team and update underwriting based on reviews by multiple stakeholders.
+ Include results into Capital Papers which are then reviewed by VP Finance and SVP Finance, prior to being presented to the Regional Review Committee.
**What we need from you**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Administration or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of work related experience in hotel development and acquisitions, with demonstrated proficiency in underwriting.
+ 1 year managing teams and/or complex projects and proven decision-making skills in order to achieve development objectives. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality Administration or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of work-related experience in hotel development and acquisitions, with demonstrated proficiency in underwriting.
+ 1 year managing teams and/or complex projects and proven decision-making skills in order to achieve development objectives in lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience.
+ The position requires the following: In-depth knowledge of financial principles and underwriting techniques for franchised deals; in-depth knowledge of underwriting techniques for managed deals, including understanding hotel P&Ls; fluent with hotel industry terms including RevPAR, ADR and occupancy; experience in leading and developing people; effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to developers (internal and external stakeholders); ability to present a persuasive argument to managers, and to challenge and influence others; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
+ Position can telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.
+ Supervises at least 3 employees.
