Wells Fargo is seeking a RESF Investment Banking Associate. Real Estate Syndicated Finance (RESF) is part of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group within Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking. RESF operates as an investment banking product group in Wells Fargo Securities responsible for the origination, structuring and distribution of debt for our CRE clients. We are part of a highly successful and well-established global team located in New York, Charlotte, San Francisco, and London that consistently ranks at/near the top of global league tables. This role would provide support to the US RESF team in executing the syndication strategy of CRE.
Working closely with CRE, we structure, underwrite and distribute loans throughout the capital stack to a diverse range of banks, insurers, pension funds, asset managers and debt funds globally. You will work on a broad range of financing types such as acquisition, construction, event driven and take private financings, opining on the marketability of the underwritten loan and executing the distribution.
