**Details:** The Quality Receiving Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards of products by conducting detailed inspections and data collection. This position requires previous medical device inspection experience and focuses on complex product inspections. The inspector measures key quality characteristics, performs visual inspections on incoming materials, and reviews final products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect complex products received by Receiving Inspections.
+ Maintain and validate inspection equipment.
+ Organize and preserve Inspection and Non-conformance records.
+ Maintain Receiving Inspections, Quarantine, and NCR logs.
+ Ensure identification and traceability of products.
+ Use of precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
+ Familiarity with blueprints, quality assurance, quality check, tolerances, CMM, GMP, quality standards, assembly, production, gauges, and GD&T.

+ Actively participates in detailed inventory counts and audits, identifies/resolves discrepancies, proactively contributes to continuous process improvement, and provides guidance and mentorship to subordinate staff.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, management science, business administration, or related discipline or 4 additional years' experience may be exchanged in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
+ 9+ years of experience 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
+ Proven experience with Diplomatic Pouch processes for shipping and receiving materials to/from OCONUS embassies.
+ Demonstrated experience in operating forklifts, with a valid and current forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification upon hire.
