+ Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
+ Preparing monthly financial statements.
+ Generating reports using Oracle.
+ Downloading daily bank and processor reports.
+ Handling daily deposits for the local service center.
**Requirements**
+ Have a minimum of (2) years of experience working in an accounting position at a bank or financial firm.
+ Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
+ Be capable of working effectively from a home office and be willing to travel to the local Conduent office as business needs arise.

Job Description *
**What does a Reconciliation Analyst do at Fiserv?**
As a Reconciliation Analyst in the Settlement Controls and Solutions Team (SCS), you will assist in ensuring accurate account reconciliation and identifying discrepancies through the analysis of transactions made on different card networks, such as debit, credit, fees, and chargebacks. You will leverage methodical precision to examine bank statements, general ledgers, and other financial data to evaluate discrepancies and escalate issues, as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, assist in creating procedures for new business as needed, and drive positive change to processes and tasks we support.
**What you will do:**
+ Monitor and perform complex daily reconciliations and analysis of bank data for Wire and ACH settlements, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
+ Work internally to process correcting entries to clients using automated tools as well as manual adjustments
+ Accurately provide daily cash projections and report funding position changes to Treasury throughout the day
+ Proactively escalate reporting and settlement issues to the appropriate team and facilitate timely resolution
+ Collaborate with management and senior leadership on strategic matters
+ Maintain accurate record of any reconciliation-related issues
+ Actively participate in cross-training associates to further team expertise
+ Partner with process owners and management on recommendations for process optimizations
**What will you need to have:**
+ Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, Banking, and/or similar discipline
+ Experience in data analysis
+ 4+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
**What would be great to have:**
+ Bachelors degree
+ Experience in interpreting financial anomalies, reconciling financial records, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate treasury functions, and/or similar discipline

Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist for our EMCOR National Agreement Group. This position will reconcile national agreement incentive purchases for EMCOR, quarterly and/or yearly by communicating with EMCOR operating companies regarding vendor reports and/or invoices submitted and resolving any discrepancies.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Reconcile national agreement incentive purchases for EMCOR quarterly and/or yearly
+ Work with EMCOR companies and national suppliers to resolve reporting discrepancies to finalize reconciliation and ensure the correct incentive is collected
+ Revise and update quarterly National Purchasing input reports and inform EMCOR operating companies of new or cancelled agreements
+ Communicate with companies to understand and accurately submit quarterly required documentation
+ Prepare quarterly mailing to all EMCOR operating companies regarding new or cancelled agreements as well as any changes
+ Updating the Vendor database, summary sheets, and electronic binder relating to national agreements to include creating PDFs
+ Submitting updates to EMCOR Marketing for National Agreements SharePoint site to upload.
+ Create and maintain national agreement vendor files
+ Assist with breakdown of submitted quarterly documentation from EMCOR companies to prepare for reconciliation
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
+ Strong Excel skills, including ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets and tables.
+ Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple different tasks simultaneously.
+ High organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
