You have:

• 12 years of experience assisting in a photo, video, or content production setting preferred
• Degree or coursework in photography, film, media production, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with basic camera systems, lighting gear, and studio equipment
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and setting up gear and sets
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, or file organization software is a bonus
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to learn on set and take direction with a positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Hands-on, problem-solving mentality with a proactive work ethic

The Asst Sound Technician shall be employed in all shows and events that require additional help above the Head Sound Technician in the Sound Department at the 5th ave theatre in Seattle when STG is promoting in the space. Events include corporate events, dance, comedy, and musical acts among others. The responsibilities include working with the Head Sound Technician to ensure the safe running and supervising of local crews, working with other stage departments to complete the needs of the show. Must be able and willing to work with all departments in the theater for non-departmental shows (ie Non-Yellow Card shows) as directed by the Production Manager. The Sound Technician is responsible for working with the Activities Director in providing Technical Assistance to groups renting the Auditorium, Gymnasium and Stadium in regard to sound and lighting. In addition, the Sound Technician works with the Drama, Choral and Instrumental Music Departments in setting up technical assistance for programs. Finally, he/she is responsible for training student assistants to provide technical support to the groups using the auditorium. This is for current Bellevue Public Schools students. Essential Job Functions

• Provide non-network connected AV/PA manning, and vehicle support the overall performance of the CS mission. The contractor shall provide all AV/PA system support required for equipment sign-outs and manned events the CS is responsible for. The contractor shall provide full AV and PA support for the support CS customers in the AFNCR. VTC support is not a requirement in this task. Vehicles used on the airfield shall have the company logo on the right and left doors as well as the rear of the vehicle.
• Perform full support for all AV/PA systems, equipment and services provided by the CS, 25 on-site support events, and 50 sign-out events per month on average. The contractor shall ensure all AV/PA events are fully supported including, but not limited to customer coordination, equipment delivery, equipment transport, equipment setup/tear down, troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions and playing of scripted music. The contractor shall maintain inventory management of all physical assets that are associated with AV/PA systems at all times. Monthly support requirements will exceed the average during high turnover times and shall be supported.
• Provide emergency AV troubleshooting assistance within 30 minutes of notification either by phone or in person. contractor shall be onsite to troubleshoot and resolve any emergency AV/PA outage within 30 minutes of notification. The Government will determine what constitutes an emergency on a case-by-case basis.
• Provide full AV/PA support and coordination for customers within 5 business days of request. The contractor shall track all events using the Government provided event tracking system(s) and software.
• Prepare and maintain project planning documentation, presentation material, and program research related to all AV/PA events and equipment and shall provide these materials to the Government within five (5) business days of request.
• Manage and update daily, the calendar/SharePoint site of all events that require AV/PA systems for support. The contractor shall setup, support, tear down and track all AV/PA components needed to support the AFNCR customers.
• Use Government provided ticket system to process, log and close out all trouble tickets, change requests and work-orders within two (2) business days of completion. The contractor shall complete all request tickets and event coordination within five (5) days of assignment. The contractor shall provide manning (services) in a CS facility or other suitable facility designated by the Government to process customer sign-out/sign-in of AV/PA equipment. contractor shall provide an after-action report for manned events in a mutually agreed upon format within two business days of request by Government.
• Perform and document scheduled maintenance of all AV/PA kits & systems every 6 months. Provide recommendations when parts, equipment, materials need to be replaced. Coordinate and complete recommendations/fixes within Government approved timelines.
• Provide on-site support for after-hours events (outside regular business hours to include Government or non-Government Holidays and Weekends) outlined by the Government to include but not limited to Airmen Leadership School graduations, Officer Ceremonies and any other event that requires AV/PA support.
• Provide digital signage support to all digital signage during normal business hours, and after-hours support by phone, email, or remote dial-in service; make content library updates; rebranded templates; user training during normal business hours; software updates/upgrades; and non-customized enhancements. The Government will determine what constitutes an emergency on a case-by-case basis.
• The contractor shall provide life cycle management. End of life, end of service notifications and a technical solution shall be provided to the COR and applicable operations flight leadership. This information will be used for planning the replacement of the equipment.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Individual(s) shall have 1+ years of experience managing portable and fixed AV systems and familiarization with Anchor portable systems and Yamaha MG166C soundboards.
• Must have an active Secret Clearance.
