Overview:
The Behavior Health Technician position assists the counselors/therapeutic/nursing staff by providing clinical support to adults and children who are receiving substance abuse, mental health services or co-occurring disorders in residential programs, inpatient settings, day/evening programs, outpatient programs and/or community-based programs. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: Establishing a positive helping relationship with people receiving services. Assisting those receiving services to complete activities of daily living, including accessing needed resources, and building functional, pro-social relationships with others. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those receiving services. Implementing specific interventions according to the person's treatment or service plan. Monitoring and documenting the person's progress.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain provided CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass provided CPI training.
- Must be able to complete the 20 hours of the required CCA (Child Caring Agency) training that is provided.
- Must be able to pass Human Trafficking training and certification within 60 days of hire.
- Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families, as required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work other behavioral health programs as needed.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
- Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.
Compensation:
Base pay ranges from $15.00 - $6.12 an hour based on experience. Shift differential pay ( 2.00- 4.00) is available when applicable.

Sales & Business Development
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close in Dallas and North Texas.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts, including MSSPs, Fortune 1000 companies, and high-growth tech firms.
- Clearly communicate nuKudos' unique value: vetted, trained, and mission-driven cyber talent that delivers from Day 1.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and placement targets.
Client Partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CIOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Conduct consultative assessments to design staffing solutions tailored to real capacity challenges.
- Expand existing client relationships by introducing new associates, specialized roles, and long-term programs.
Market Leadership
- Represent nuKudo at conferences, expos, and regional industry events.
- Serve as the face of nuKudo in Dallas, strengthening our brand and building long-term opportunities.
- Share market intelligence with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with nuKudos recruiting and training teams to ensure seamless delivery of associates.
- Work with marketing to maximize campaign ROI, event follow-ups, and account-based outreach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.
Success Metrics
- Meeting/exceeding quarterly sales quotas (placements and revenue).
- Securing new client accounts (new logos) in the Dallas market.
- Expanding placements within existing accounts.
- Driving high client satisfaction and repeat business.
What Were Looking For
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in staffing, cybersecurity, HR tech, or consulting.
- Proven ability to close annual contracts and grow enterprise accounts.
- Strong network across IT, HR, and Tech leadership in Dallas.
- Familiarity with staffing economics (bill rates, margins, utilization).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

ResponsibilitiesLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:
- Pass medications and give skilled treatments to assigned residents.
- Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants of the assigned team.
- Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents, as necessary.
- Report to Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager or Charge Nurse unusual symptoms, changes of condition, daily needs, and progress of residents.
- Follow the Plan of Care for each resident, and monitor the performance of Nursing Assistants in carrying out the appropriate aspects of the care plan.
- Receive controlled substances from the shift Supervisory Nurse and is responsible for all aspects of the storage and distribution of these medications; ensure proper and safe placement and use of medications stored in medication cart, stock medication cupboards, medication room refrigerator and narcotic cabinets.
- Maintain documentation regarding the care plans of residents in the Nursing Notes, Medical Administration Records, Treatment Records and other required records.
- Ensure that resident care standards are maintained in performance of duties, and that the rights of residents and preferences in care and treatment are respected.
- Participate in Change-of-Shift Report and is responsible for bringing nursing personnel of next shift up-to-date about the care and needs of residents.
- Provide assessment of needs and resident care planning information as necessary and requested by nurses and other health care disciplines.
- Participate in quality assurance programs upon request.
- Telephone physicians for orders or updates; conduct skin care assessments and diabetic nail care; update family members as needed; start pressure sore, treatment and routing sheets.
- Perform all job duties according to safety rules and practices required for this job position, and as required to ensure the general safety of staff, residents and visitors of this facility.
- Exhibit the highest level of customer service towards residents, staff and visitors.
- Perform other work tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager or Charge Nurse.
- Required to float to at-least 2 of our facilities of your choice
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license required.
- Two (2) years of working experience in current LPN license required.
- Training and LPN work experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
- Ability to supervise and work well with other personnel required.
- Qualities of maturity, diplomacy, and ability to work well with others required.
- Caring, respectful attitude towards residents required.
- This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
