Job Summary:

The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for all department positions as well as supporting the onboarding of new hires and/or transfers. Responsibilities:
  • Job Descriptions - Consult with Program Managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing Strategies - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting; Develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates; Conduct regular follow-up with managers, candidates, and new hires to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

  • ATS Maintenance - Post/refresh job requisitions, update candidate status throughout the interview process; send follow up emails.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of human resources, talent acquisition and interviewing experience preferred.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Semperis is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-impact global talent acquisition team. What Youll Be Doing:

As part of the Semperis Recruiting team, you will be a trusted partner to our GTM leaders, owning the process from intake through offer acceptance. You will:

  • Partner with GTM leaders and the Director, Global Talent Acquisition to design and execute sourcing strategies for sales, marketing, channels, customer success roles, and more with a focus on the cybersecurity industry.

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting no sourcers or coordinators assigned.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber GTM talent through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and creative sourcing approaches to attract top talent in a competitive landscape.

  • Partner with stakeholders to create compelling role briefs and candidate profiles that align to both business goals and culture.

What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles such as enterprise sales, sales engineering, marketing, partner/channel management, and customer success.

  • Cybersecurity industry recruiting experience strongly preferred ; SaaS/enterprise software experience MUST

  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of searches while maintaining a focus on candidate quality and experience.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand role requirements and the competitive talent market.

  • Skilled in sourcing both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter , Boolean searches, social media, networking, and other advanced tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented in finding talent for challenging roles and presenting GTM opportunities to candidates

Job Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition and Development Analyst, you conduct full cycle recruiting efforts for assigned roles: including posting, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Essential Functions:

  • Recruitment:

  • Support the hiring process for NYRA. This may include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing paperwork for assigned business unit.

  • Excellent analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.

  • Supports all visa petitions and applications processes.

  • Helps maintains accurate recruiting data using the applicant tracking system.

  • Has the ability to work independently and be organized, action oriented and self-driven.

  • Talent Development:

  • Responsible for onboarding new employees.

  • Conduct orientation sessions and provide support to ensure a smooth transition for the new joiners.

  • Facilitate connections between new employees and their colleagues, promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging within our company.

  • Serves as a point of contact for employee addressing their questions and concerns and managing the employee check-in process.

  • Collaborating with the HR team, the hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.

  • Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.

  • Provide monthly reports on recruitment and onboarding data.
