In this role, you’ll develop sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent in the electrical and mechanical trades
- Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple projects and locations
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future needs
- Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment standards
- Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in mechanical/electrical trades (commercial & industrial)
- Prior agency recruiting experience required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Richmond, VA (with hybrid work flexibility)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with ATS systems, recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing
- Experience recruiting within construction or related industries highly preferred
