Position Summary
The Provider Recruitment Leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire provider recruitment function, ensuring that our organization attracts highly qualified and mission-driven physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to fill a variety of clinical roles. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, market medical directors, clinical leadership, operations, and other key stakeholders to implement innovative recruitment strategies and build a robust provider workforce that supports our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy Development: Lead the provider recruitment department, developing and implementing a comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategy to meet current and future staffing needs that will allow the company to fulfill its mission of expanding access to patient care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and clinical teams to understand provider needs and priorities and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Branding and Marketing: Oversee the creation and execution of provider recruitment marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, employer branding, and outreach to professional networks and academic institutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage top provider talent through a variety of channels including networking, industry conferences, job fairs, online platforms, and direct sourcing.
- Retention: Collaborate with market medical directors, operations, and HR on strategies to retain top talent, including developing onboarding and integration programs that promote long-term success and job satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to provider recruitment, providing regular reports and updates to executive leadership on progress and outcomes.
- Budget Management: Oversee the recruitment budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Development: Manage, mentor, and develop the provider recruitment team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Proven experience as a senior-level provider recruiter or in an executive Ops/HR/Recruitment role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the provider recruitment landscape, including trends, challenges, and effective strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience overseeing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
- Experience in creating and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize processes.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Operations
- Maintain all HR policies, handbooks, internal guidelines, and disciplinary frameworks

- Ensure seamless transitions into training, placement, and post-placement roles across a multi-stage employment lifecycle
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Oversee and continuously improve our automated recruitment pipeline, including assessments, structured interviews, and evaluations
- Design and manage full-cycle recruiting processes that identify top-tier talent for our unique employment model
- Develop sourcing strategies and job campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, internal channels, and external partners
- Lead interview panels, manage pipeline analytics, and track recruitment KPIs to improve candidate quality and experience
Who You Are:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting, West Coast and Central Region, the Attorney Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing all non-partner attorney recruiting, including law student recruiting, lateral attorney hiring and the summer associate program for the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
This position can be resident in the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Partner with the San Francisco and Silicon Valley hiring partners and recruiting committee to develop and implement recruiting strategies at target and regional law schools
- Drive efforts to increase firm visibility at target law schools
- Develop and foster law school career services and search firm relationships
- Supervise and manage the San Francisco and Silicon Valley office recruiting team
- Oversee the interview process, candidate communications, and database management for student and lateral recruiting
- Lead the San Francisco and Silicon Valley 1L and 2L interview process, including overall strategy, registration, callback and offer/follow-up process
- Management of the San Francisco and Silicon Valley summer associate program, including social events, trainings, assignments, and evaluations

- Manage the offer and onboarding process for all non-partner lateral hires

- Ensure compliance with the firm's hiring policies and AAP guidelines
- Establish and maintain the recruiting department budget
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of law firm recruiting or related campus recruiting experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of campus/student recruiting programs
- Flexibility to occasionally travel outside of the Bay Area, attend events and to work hours as needed to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience with ViRecruit, Symplicity and Workday is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

For positions in Silicon Valley, the salary range for this job posting is: $124,200.00 - $198,600.
