You’ll Achieve Success by:

Being the strategic owner for specific markets, roles, or talent segments; building full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and quality hires. Qualifications

  • Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing strategies and managing complex programs to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytics: funnel analysis, experimentation, attribution basics; proficiency with GA4 and other analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and programmatic/job advertising platforms; experience with CRM concepts.
