Job Description: The Norfolk Regional Center is a psychiatric hospital providing inpatient mental health risk reduction treatment for individuals striving for community reintegration. The Psychologist will play a crucial role in our Behavioral Health Division, offering care and oversight to adult patients with mental illness. The incumbent will provide leadership to treatment teams, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, conduct comprehensive evaluations, and develop psychological treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead treatment teams, medical staff, and various hospital committees.
- Provide consultation on treatment plans and behavioral strategies.
- Train staff on psychological best practices and risk management techniques.
- Develop and write initial comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Perform psychological evaluations, including assessments of intellectual ability, personality, and risk for elopement, suicide, violence, and sexual re-offense.
- Participate in diagnostic staff meetings with the Psychiatry team to determine patient diagnoses.
- Provide expert testimony for mental health board hearings.
- Assist in program development and policy improvement.
Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate in Psychology. Licensed to practice psychology in Nebraska or eligible for a provisional license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of post-doctorate experience.
- Experience working with sex offender populations.

Job duties
Under limited supervision, the Certified Master Social Worker position performs Certified Master's level professional social work in determining client needs and provided complex therapeutic services; serves as a member on the interdisciplinary team to participate in treatment planning assigned clients; serves as a liaison to the community as clients' needs warrant, provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy; initiate and implement discharge planning; manage a caseload of approximately 20 patients. Minimum Qualifications:

The Mobile Regional Center provides a continuum of services to individuals from infancy through adulthood. Our Staff Drivers are an integral part of the Regional Center team by transporting individuals who are Blind/Visually Impaired, Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing, and DeafBlind to medical appointments, job-related activities, or other necessary appointments. These roles provide direct services to consumers and staff while demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, compassion, and sound judgment. The RN will communicate and can dialogue with the referring and accepting physicians in order to comprehend and plan for the needs of this complex transfer. He/She has the clinical knowledge and skill to suggest and drive the admission process.
The System Access Center RN will provide guidance, leadership, and clinical expertise for the System Access Center Coordinator (ASCC). The ASCC has the responsibility for coordinating all calls for Premier Health including all paging requests, consults, direct admits, and transfers from internal and external customers. The Access Coordinator will enter the on-call schedule for the various providers into the approved schedule data base as well as maintain it for any incremental changes.
The Clinical Nurse will manage and guide the Access Center Coordinators. The Clinical Nurse also has the responsibility to oversee the process for all "alerts" across the system. These include: Stroke, AMI, hip fracture and
sepsis alerts. This requires expertise in multiple applications to ensure proper notification to all caregivers, including physicians, nurses, medical imaging, etc. to ensure quick response to critical patients. The knowledge and critical thinking skills processed by the Clinical RN will ensure professional oversite and coordination of the management of the "alerts" across the Premier health System.
The System Patient Logistics Nurse Coordinator has the responsibility of coordinating the movement of patients throughout the entire Premier Health System and outside transfers into Premier Health. The nurse will utilize her/ or his clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to ensure a seamless transfer process for both Internal and External customers. The nurse will gather medical information pertinent to the level of care which will allow her to guide the referring and accepting physician to make the best choice for appropriate level of care for the patient. The nurses' understanding of the 'comprehensive plan of care' will ensure that the patient is placed on the level of care necessary to ensure delivery of quality safe care and provide a positive patient experience.
The Patient Logistics nurse will be cross trained in Central Logic application to facilitate rapid bed placement, monitor bed placement by utilizing the EPIC bed boards for the system, work with physicians, nursing leadership, and EVS to expedite discharge of patients. These functions are designed to decrease length of stay, and decrease patients leaving without being seen, ultimately increasing patient satisfaction/experience.
The nurse will work proactively with the referring facilities to drive emergent and non-emergent referrals to all Premier Health Facilities. The nurse will continually evaluate capacity needs and will work collaboratively with the Regional Access Center and Regional Transportation to ensure a seamless transfer process. The Patient Logistics nurse will be cross trained in Central Logic application to facilitate rapid bed placement, monitor bed placement by utilizing the EPIC bed boards for the system, work with physicians, nursing leadership, and EVS to expedite discharge of patients. These functions are designed to decrease length of stay, and decrease patients leaving without being seen, ultimately increasing patient satisfaction/experience.
The nurse will work proactively with the referring facilities to drive emergent and non-emergent referrals to all Premier Health Facilities. The nurse will continually evaluate capacity needs and will work collaboratively with the Regional Access Center and Regional Transportation to ensure a seamless transfer process. The nurse will identify capacity needs.
Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Valid Ohio RN license
Experience: Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital RN experience required; Critical Care or Emergency Dept experience preferred.

The **General Manager, Regional Print Center** will lead day-to-day production operations including, but not limited to:
+ Planning, resource allocation, project supervision, and outsource sub-contractor management.
+ Maintaining compliance to stated processes, production and service level standards, and ensure operational controls outlined in the company's Service Organization Controls document.

**Education and Experience:**
