**The Role:**
**The Director, Event Operations and Fleet Management** is a fully qualified communications professional and event director, responsible for leading strategic media, community and VIP events across a diverse set of business areas that are critical to GM's success. While the primary focus is leading Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, and GMC experiential events, there will be opportunities with GM Brand, GM Envolve, and other GM entities. **What You'll Do (Responsibilities):**
+ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive experiential communications strategies to showcase Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC's latest innovations and vehicle models.
+ Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, media, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
+ Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for all Brand and Product press events, including product reveals, launches, and media days.
+ Oversee the planning, budgeting and management of Communications national media vehicle fleet, ensuring operational effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
+ Collaborate with marketing, Brand and Product communications, technology communications and corporate communications teams to align event and fleet strategies and utilization.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. **Responsibilities**
When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we'll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We'll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be a rising Senior enrolled full time for the up coming semester in a college or university
