**The Role:**
**The Director, Event Operations and Fleet Management** is a fully qualified communications professional and event director, responsible for leading strategic media, community and VIP events across a diverse set of business areas that are critical to GM's success. **What you'll do here:**
As the Director of Product Management for Internal Operations, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our education services to deliver outstanding results. **Skills you will need here:**
+ 10 years of leadership experience in product management.
+ Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies.
+ Experience in managing and motivating a distributed team.
+ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
+ Experience in the education technology sector.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
$138,200.00 - $180,000.00 USD
