SHIFT: DAY-DAY TIME-TIME (Example Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
**A Day In The Life**
+ Lead a team of mechanics, guiding them through the day's tasks.
+ Oversee equipment repair and maintenance. You'll assign work orders, making sure safety and production-related tasks come first. Whenever needed, you'll jump in to help with diagnoses and repairs.
+ Manage preventive maintenance programs is crucial to minimize downtime. You'll ensure the schedule is followed religiously.
+ Create efficient methods and procedures for departmental activities falls under your purview. You'll troubleshoot operational problems and communicate your expertise to keep things running smoothly.
+ Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building, grounds, and equipment is essential for smooth operations.
+ Supervise the facility's waste disposal program, ensuring compliance with regulations.
+ Collaborate with DC leaders is key to meeting maintenance needs; tour facilities regularly to ensure they're well-maintained.
**You'll Come With**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required, completion of trade school is preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision
+ Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures is essential
+ Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE is highly valued
+ Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, and to develop effective solutions
+ Excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related programs is necessary for success
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays as required
+ Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more
+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time
+ Basic computer proficiency

+ Management/leadership experience in a supply chain distribution center environment
+ Experience implementing employee engagement, mentoring/coaching and development initiatives
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Warehouse Management Systems preferred
+ Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs.
