**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
+ Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with both regional and overall corporate objectives, while upholding ARCO's core values.
+ Own the proposal process from inception to submission, including strategizing, document creation, resume management, and overseeing all related activities.
+ Organize and create capabilities packages, qualifications statements, and presentation materials to support business development efforts.
+ Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
+ Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Team on content creation for the company website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns, including both content ideation and development.
+ Collaborate with external vendors, such as promotional companies, photographers, and videographers, to execute regional marketing campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and marketing objectives.
+ Design and execute print and digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with regional leaders, including business development, and the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
+ Maintain mailing lists in Salesforce, managing and tracking leads to support campaign effectiveness and follow-up efforts.
+ Manage and orchestrate company trade shows, overseeing all stages from registration to post-show follow-up, ensuring comprehensive management to maximize lead generation opportunities and effectively promote the ARCO brand.
+ Collaborate with the Talent Marketing Specialist on regional recruitment initiatives, including efforts related to college recruitment and full-time positions.
+ Work with the Marketing Specialist to plan and execute client trips and other special events.
+ Manage the design and development of promotional items, including holiday gifts and other client-facing items.
+ Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to provide ideas for press releases regarding company awards, new hires, and client events (groundbreaking, ribbon cuttings, etc.).
+ Secure placements and write "People on the Move" (POTM) pieces for new hires and promotions.
+ Develop and cultivate relationships with local media to promote company awareness and news on current and completed projects. Collaborate with the corporate marketing team for additional support on projects requiring a more substantial effort.
+ Drive regional community engagement efforts by organizing and hosting charity fundraisers, including securing sponsorships, providing marketing materials to support these initiatives.
+ Collaborate with members of the ARCO Marketing Team, including those within the ARCO family of companies as needed.
+ Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry.
+ Ability to effectively communicate, work with, and present to leadership.
+ Manage/support 2-4 regional offices with 15 to 25% travel required.
**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 7+ years of marketing experience; Construction or related industry experience considered a major plus.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related degree.
+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and Pardot or similar marketing automation software
+ Graphic Design experience is ideal
+ Excellent written communication skills; strong verbal and presentation skills.
+ Must thrive in a self-directed and fast-paced environment. Be proactive in anticipation of business needs.

Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and monitor local marketing strategies across the US region with a focus on local event strategies to optimize marketing event activities and raise company awareness, managing offline events throughout the entire of their life cycle.   • Manage distributors, collaborators, and partners in the US.

Mini mum Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in life science or related discipline required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B or B2C marketing experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

**Description**
As part of a Fox Rothschild national marketing and business development team, the Regional Marketing Specialist (RMS) will work with attorneys and leadership in assigned geographies to expand awareness of specific offices in the region, engage the office lawyers with the business community in their city and connect lawyers in those offices to the resources and experience of the entire firm.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Responsible for the infusion of strategic thinking in completing the marketing plans and office budgets in conjunction with the Office Administrator and Office Managing Partner.
+ Work closely with attorneys in assigned offices to connect them in the local business community, as well as acting as the liaison to the Business Development Managers and their respective practice groups firmwide.
+ Act in concert with the Assistant Director of Media Relations to insure the best local media outlets are identified and leveraged. Research and uncover the business community norms for publications, community engagement, sponsorships, events, organizational memberships, etc. Work with the Marketing events team on local activities.
+ Collaborate with Communications, Events, Marketing Technology and Graphics team members on the coordination of communications, events and technology projects to ensure superb internal and external client service, smart resource allocation and adherence to the firm branding and best practices.
+ Provide strategic advice on specific office integration to the firm and to the Business Development & Marketing Department.
+ Serve as primary local resource and guide for Business Development & Marketing activities for assigned offices while integrating the office to the functional experts in the Business Development & Marketing Department.
+ Liaise with Knowledge Management to procure and analyze competitive intelligence, industry research and corporate information. Assist attorneys in digesting and synthesizing information.
**QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES):**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in communications, marketing or related field.
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of three years of experience, preferably in the legal industry or in professional services marketing.
**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**
+ The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing and business development professional with experience in a professional services industry.
+ Strong presentation skills and the ability to establish credibility quickly are required.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all levels across the firm as well as within the Business Development & Marketing Department team.
+ Ability to develop healthy, productive professional relationships across geographies is desired.
+ Must possess the ability to think strategically and analytically and communicate effectively with firm leadership and management.
+ Strong writing and critical thinking skills are required as is a healthy client-service orientation.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:**
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

**Job Description**
The Director, Regional Marketingis expected to possess a high level of clinical and customer knowledge, and is responsible for engaging and influencing health care professionals to help build educational platforms, generate insights and inform the execution of current and future brand and disease-state strategies. The Regional Marketing role, is a field-based marketing role that works closely with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Opinion Leaders (OLs) and requires extensive travel (>60%) within region. This role reports to the Senior Director of US OL and Congress Strategy.
In partnership with commercial leadership, commercial colleagues, and cross-functional partners, this role is responsible for execution of Kite's overarching commercial US interaction strategy with opinion leaders in the heme, hem/onc, and CAR T treatment areas to advance adoptions for the use of Kite therapies in hematologic malignancy.
The Regional Marketing job responsibilities are focused on the following key areas. All interactions are on-label and consistent with commercial compliance, legal and regulatory guidelines.
This role will support the West region and will be field-based.
**Responsibilities:**
**OL Development and Engagement**
+ Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with National OLs/Regional OLs/Emerging leaders within the Hematology community
+ Developing regional OL strategies and effectively communicating those plans with cross-functional partners to ensure enterprise-wide transparency, collaboration, and alignment with a ONE Kite approach
+ Interact with _OLs to solicit insights and develop advocacy_ aligned to commercial and marketing strategy and messaging, measured through sentiment analysis
+ Engage in on-label conversations on topics such as disease diagnosis & treatment, referral dynamics, product positioning, and opportunities for Kite to win
+ Plan and execute OL interactions and executive encounters at local, regional and national conferences, field visits, and other venues as directed
+ Serve as a single point-of-contact to resolve commercial OL issues
+ Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional partners (e.g. sales, marketing), to maintain OL coordination, but also to manage role clarity among the expertise areas for an enhanced OL and Kite experience
**Market Insights & Collaboration**
+ Utilize insights from opinion leaders (OLs) and competitive intelligence to shape and enhance brand strategies and tactical activities
+ Identify market gaps, anticipate competitor actions, and drive informed strategic planning to ensure market positioning and sustained growth
+ Facilitate cross-functional planning, recruitment, and execution of regional and national advisory boards
+ Identify, align and recruit appropriate HCP/OL consultants to meet the needs of marketing and achieve aligned-upon KPIs for each project
**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 12+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech industry experience, including prior sales experience in hematology / oncology

+ Thorough understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape, ideally with prior experience in cell therapy or stem cell transplant
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with oncology and cell therapy opinion leaders
+ Willingness and aptitude to stay on the cutting edge of data readouts and communicate implications to Kite
+ Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast paced environment
