Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in business administration or a related field.
  • Preferred: One (1) year or more of customer service experience with issue resolution.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage inbound calls and outbound sales efforts.
  • Keep accurate data in the company's marketing database.
  • Generate leads for rentals, leases, and vehicle sales.
  • oversee rental asset processes, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Achieve Ryder's market share goals through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

**Role Description**
+ Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and L&D to assess skills gaps, identify business priorities, and define training objectives for sales leaders and managers.
+ Design, develop, and deliver best-in-class training programs covering sales strategy, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and leadership development.

FASTSIGNS of Eugene (award-winning, locally owned franchise) is looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the frontline face of our business. You'll handle walk-ins, phone/web inquiries, qualify new leads, write estimates, and keep projects moving.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers
  • Respond to inbound calls & web leads
  • Qualify opportunities and manage or hand off to sales
  • Write estimates, track orders, and follow projects to completion
  • Spot upsell opportunities & build customer relationships

  • Professional experience in sales or customer service (any industry)
