This role will have the primary responsibility for the review and impact analysis of new laws and regulations affecting insurance operations. Utilizes business and technology knowledge and collaborative skills to work with business owners and technical resources to determine business and operational impact. Knowledge related to Zurich North America operations and lines of business, specific to Commercial Auto, Property and/or Workers Compensation is preferred.
The role will also be responsible for the support of other regulatory work related to the application of new laws and regulations within the organization. The position will be based out of the Zurich North America Headquarters in Schaumburg.
Basic Qualifications:

**Position Overview**
As a Dispatcher with the C&S Family of Companies, you serve as the primary point of contact for a group of professional drivers (primarily Class A CDL holders). This role is responsible for dispatching loads and ensuring the drivers are set up for success- communicating special instructions for each assignment, assigning the correct equipment, and providing coordination as needed. The Government Regulations Coordinator (GRC) ensures the Tennessee Electric Vehicle Center (TEVC) complies with government regulations and quality standards. This role oversees vehicle certification, audits, and production compliance to meet safety and emissions requirements. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality assurance, audit validation and supporting vehicle certification, conformity of production (COP), and government audits.

Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Audits:

• Oversee QLS Campaign input and manage vehicle yard locations for quality holds, launch holds, engineering holds, and stop ships.
• Conduct required audits and report findings to plant management.
• Cooperate with Corporate Fresh Eye reviews and lead local validation audits.
• Represent the plant during government inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance reviews.
• Assist with NHTSA investigations, coordinating necessary requests.
• Manage external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Maintain COP Control plans for non-self-certifying markets.

The Government Regulations Coordinator (GRC) ensures the Tennessee Electric Vehicle Center (TEVC) complies with government regulations and quality standards. This role oversees vehicle certification, audits, and production compliance to meet safety and emissions requirements. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality assurance, audit validation and supporting vehicle certification, conformity of production (COP), and government audits.
Regulatory Compliance & Audits:
+ Oversee QLS Campaign input and manage vehicle yard locations for quality holds, launch holds, engineering holds, and stop ships.
+ Conduct required audits and report findings to plant management.
+ Cooperate with Corporate Fresh Eye reviews and lead local validation audits.
+ Represent the plant during government inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance reviews.
+ Assist with NHTSA investigations, coordinating necessary requests.
+ Manage external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
+ Maintain COP Control plans for non-self-certifying markets.
+ Review Ford Automotive Procedures (FAP) and ensure plant compliance with established standards.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions generated from audits.
Quality Assurance & Plant Operations:
