AMD Strategic Advisor
KBR is seeking a Strategic Advisor to support the Army's Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Commandant, Deputy, and other members of the team with a mission area focus of Army AMD and Army Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS). This strategic advisor position engages across the DOD and Army processes to include AMD doctrine, concept development, training, programming, acquisition, plans, policy, and operations to shape, guide, and defend the Commandant's equities. The strategic advisor will work on-site in Arlington, VA in a part-time role (30 hours) and in conjunction with the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3 DAMO-Fires and Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO), Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), AMD Cross-Functional Team (CFT), Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO M&S), and other enterprise stakeholders both in the Army Staff, Joint Staff, and OSD. Position requires travel on a quarterly basis. Strategic Advisor to the Air Defense Artillery Commandant will:
+ Integrated doctrine, organizational, training, and leadership requirements to support Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense
+ Prepare and present written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries, and briefings) to Branch leadership to shape and lead the Army's AMD and C-sUAS mission areas.
+ Engage with Branch leadership on a routine basis and provide advice and recommended guidance to support the team's initiatives.
+ Represent the Commandant's team in various forums as both a team lead and/or supporting participant.
Required Qualifications
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen
+ Education: Master's Degree required.
+ Experience: 25 years of related military experience; 10 years of Pentagon
+ Clearance: Must be able to attain a TOP SECRET (TS/SCI) clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Ability to write for strategic-level leaders in the Army and the Department of Defense

The Advisor works closely with our Clinical Engineering team and client leaders to facilitate and support the development and use of a multi-year capital plan. Locations: Southern Maine area. Candidates must currently reside within areas including Bangor, Ellsworth, Bar Harbor, Waterville, Augusta, Lewiston, Portland or the Portsmouth, New Hampshire area. Candidates must have the ability to travel as necessary for business to client hospital sites, conferences, seminars, meetings & trainings, etc., including to our Indianapolis, Indiana Central Office. **Skill Set:**
+ At least 15 years of total experience, and 5+ years' experience enabling Digital Transformation in Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 areas.

**Job Description:**
+ Proactive Business Development, Presales and Solutioning on Industry domain topics in Manufacturing
+ Proactive and regular engagement with Sales and Account teams to promote business development.
+ Defining and developing Industry Focus areas, offerings, and solutions for Manufacturing in alignment with Strategic account needs and Industry trends.
+ Actively working with Technology and Consulting Practices in creating Industry Specific offerings and solutions
+ Establish an Industry Eco System in partnership with ISVs, Hyperscalers and other Technology and Service partners in the industry.
+ Lead Industry Analyst and advisor engagement and Support marketing initiatives on Industry topics.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, or related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
+ Proven experience leading large-scale transformation deals ($10M+).
+ Deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart factory ecosystems.
+ Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $65,000 - 276,000 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Amentum provides analytic, consulting, and staffing support to U.S. Government national security agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and similar Government clients. Amentum is looking for a TOP SECRET-cleared foreign investment risk management SME to support the US Department of Defense. This SME will have demonstrated experience supporting the review, mitigation, and monitoring of foreign investments subject to review by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and Team Telecom. This SME, in the role of Global Investments Strategic Advisor, will help lead a team of CFIUS and Team Telecom analysts as well as other personnel focused on DOD investment analysis priorities to protect the Defense Industrial Base.
Preferred:
+ 3+ years' experience managing and conducting CFIUS and/or Team Telecom transaction analysis since the passage of FIRRMA.
+ Extensive familiarity with DOD programs analyzing and mitigating the risk of foreign investment in US critical infrastructure, with expertise in this issue as it relates to the Defense Industrial Base preferred.
+ Experience managing teams in a high tempo environment.
+ Direct supervisory experience for 6+ personnel and/or experience managing an overall team of at least 15 personnel.
Required:
+ A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors OR 8 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree.
+ Significant experience in at least two of the following areas: National Security, Economics, Investigative Research, Sanctions, Export Controls, or Intelligence Analysis.
+ At least 1 year of experience working on USG regulatory programs centering on economic security issues, technology protection, or geopolitical competition, to include either foreign investment, telecommunications licensing, or mergers and acquisitions.
+ Active TS/SCI.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to Senior DOD Leaders.
