  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on energy systems.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in renewable energy project development and engineering.
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar PV, wind energy, and battery storage technologies.
  • Proficiency with simulation and modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, HOMER, MATLAB).
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, grid integration, and power electronics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with project financing and economic analysis is a plus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
