  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project close-out, including commissioning, performance testing, and final handover to operations.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the renewable energy sector (solar, wind).
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects from inception to completion with budgets exceeding $10 million.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project finance, grid interconnection, and relevant permitting processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting procedures in the Pacific Northwest is a strong asset.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
