The ideal candidate will feel confident speaking directly with customers, knowing that delivering an exceptional customer experience is a key part of their role.
At TruBlue Home Service Ally, we specialize in high-quality home renovations and repair services. Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to bring craftsmanship and creative problem-solving to our renovation projects. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of remodeling nuances—where walls aren’t always plumb, corners may be rounded, and standard materials often need custom fitting.

This is not a framing or basic installation position. It’s for a skilled professional with proven finish carpentry experience—someone who can oversee the end product, self-manage, and take personal pride in delivering exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision finish carpentry on residential renovation projects, including trim, casing, baseboards, doors, and custom details.
Assess and adapt to real-world remodeling challenges (out-of-square walls, bullnose corners, or uneven framing) to achieve flawless finishes.
Retrofit and custom-fit materials to ensure high-end, professional results.
Work independently on-site, managing your schedule and ensuring quality from start to finish.
Collaborate with teammates on general repair and remodeling projects when needed.
Maintain open communication with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met.
Take full ownership of craftsmanship, site cleanliness, and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in finish carpentry or fine remodeling.
Strong problem-solving ability and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience working independently and managing time effectively.
Willingness to assist on broader renovation projects as needed.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
Clean background check.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay based on experience: $26–$29/hour, with performance-based increases.
Opportunities for advancement within our growing company.
Ongoing training and professional development.
Company-branded shirts and hats to promote a professional appearance.
Flexible scheduling with standard two-week notice.
Discretionary bonuses for high-quality performance and efficiency.
Tools:
Provided by Company: Specialty tools and equipment for unique project needs.
Employee Responsibility: Basic hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers, tape measure, drill, etc.).
All locations are independently owned and operated. Service offerings, certifications, and licenses vary by location.
