We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with consultative selling and project management skills to plan, develop and sell residential remodeling projects for upscale homeowners. Project types include kitchens and baths, additions, exterior renovations, and whole house remodels. This position is responsible for working directly with clients to assess their needs, differentiate NEXT STAGE from our competitors, provide budgetary guidance, work closely with our Design staff to develop designs, and collaborate with our Production team to deliver projects on time and on budget. SUMMARY The Project Developer qualifies new inquiries, meets potential clients in their homes to assess their remodeling needs, presents the NEXT STAGE process, converts prospects to design agreements, works with designers to develop and price the project, and provides a written contract of the scope of work and the necessary documentation for the execution of the work.
