**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

JOB DUTIES
+ Schedules work for direct reports and oversees daily operations of the RA Reporting & Data Analytics team.
+ Oversees the preparation and review of report and visualization products.
+ Helps the Resource Adequacy Department Director and modeling team supervisor manage reliability and energy assurance assessments required for the Texas Public Utility Commission, North American Reliability Corporation (NERC), and ERCOT reliability resource contracting.
+ Manage and assist in the development of forecasting models using statistical and AI/Machine Learning technologies.
+ Serves as the data/graphics support request gatekeeper and primary liaison with the ERCOT Communications Department and other departments on data requests.
+ Oversees quality control and QC improvement initiatives (including automated QC tool development).
+ Ensures work product documentation is well-organized, complete, accurate and stored according to established practices; serves as the Department's Information Governance coordinator.
+ Oversees data submission activities for NERC, FERC and other external stakeholders.
+ Serves as an ERCOT liaison for the NERC Reliability Assessment Subcommittee (RAS) and Texas Reliability Entity on data reporting coordination; attends NERC RAS meetings.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

About The Role:
As a Reporting & Analytics Enablement Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the user base in data analytics to foster business insights and intelligences, leveraging a series of data sets and technology systems.
This role is part of Advisory Services, Customer Success. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, support and train on new and current data and technology systems.
What You'll Do:
Create data visualizations of key business metrics and trends, delivering insights to user base to make better business decisions
Use mathematics and statistics to develop key performance indicators
Apply knowledge of data modeling techniques to use base use cases via visual analytics and reports
Work with D&T data lake administrators in creating data tables, SQL queries and applied mathematical modeling to enable dashboard and reporting visuals

This individual will be a vital member to the firm's finance management team, supporting the CFO's top priorities.
