The Reporting Solutions Product Owner is a key leader in Diageo's Advanced Analytics transformation with responsibility for handling comprehensive reporting solutions across our business operations. This leader is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting solutions through standardized reporting tools.

Role Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of our PowerBI reporting platform
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog of reporting requirements, ensuring the most critical business needs are addressed first
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable development requirements
- Project management for reporting systems with the support of our Global Diageo Business Services Partners
- Must be proficient in reporting who can identify optimal solutions for each situation, either developing reports directly or managing offshore development teams for complex requirements
- Coordinating with analysts and data engineers to ensure proper data pipeline construction and accurate report creation
- Gathering user feedback on reporting solutions and incorporating insights to guide future development priorities
- Ensuring all reporting initiatives align with business strategy and contribute to measurable business outcomes
- Running release planning and execution cycles for reporting solution deployments
- Overseeing data quality standards and governance compliance across all reporting platforms
- Analyzing usage metrics and user feedback to measure reporting impact and identify enhancement opportunities
- Working across the entire analytics ecosystem including various business intelligence products, our Global Diageo Business Services partners and our business units.
Experience / skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, data science, information systems, consulting, or related technical field with 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or product management roles
- Proficiency in PowerBI development and administration, with demonstrated ability to design and create dashboards and reporting solutions
- Strong project management skills with consistent track record of managing reporting system implementations and coordinating with global business services partners
- Experience leading development teams, with ability to perform hands-on report development when needed
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with data warehouses/data lakes to ensure proper data pipeline construction
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality standards, and compliance frameworks in enterprise reporting environments
