Provides high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images. Provides document classification validation of automatically classified documents. Provides data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents.
Provides redaction validation of automatically applied redaction of digital documents. Provides manual meta-data indexing from digital documents.
Provides quality control of documents converted to digital format.
Provides check data validation of incoming checks.
Provides check batch total reconciliation.
Provides check amount account distribution as required by customer.
**Job Responsibilities:**
Responsible for accurate high-speed (15,000 KS per hour) of hardcopy documents into the Data Entry Software.
Analyze automated document classification exceptions of digital documents and make corrections as necessary.
Analyze automated extracted data exceptions (low confidence level) from data and make corrections as necessary.
Analyze automated redacted data exceptions (low confidence level) from data and make corrections as necessary.
Responsible for manually entering meta-data index information from digital documents. Analyze digital checks and accompanying coupons/documentation to ensure proper payee, valid check date, and check is signed.
Make corrections according to policy and procedures to include generating proper Check Return Letter, if necessary.
Analyze automatically extracted check CAR/LAR amounts and make corrections as necessary.
Ensure fiscal control of check batches.
Research and analyze check distributions, as required by customer.
Responsible for comparing hardcopy documents to digitally converted version to ensure customer required quality.
Meets deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while still maintaining quality/error free work.
Achieves Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the BSS BPO manager.
Achieves high level of accuracy by meeting standards established by the BSS BPO manager.
Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner by reading and writing in English.
Must be able to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.
Must be able to perform

Experienced Field Representative for an onsite role with large national Owner/Developer. Individual must be highly motivated, possessing both professional and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully completed projects within the retail, hospitality and/or multi-family sectors. Must be able to work efficiently, and perform well both independently, as well as within team environments of varying sizes. Potential candidates will have a history of working both comfortably and tactfully as liaison between the Architect, the General Contractor/Construction Manager and Owner's Project Manager. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-level projects is essential.
Principal Responsibilities:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide direct day-to-day on-site supervision of construction projects to ensure materials and construction meet Project specifications.
- Communicate daily with Project Manager, Director of Field Operations and Developer to review goals, schedule, progress, and strategies to deliver on time projects within budget.
- Monitor and update schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules. Identify milestone goals and track critical path activities.
- Immediately report deficiencies, unforeseen conditions, design conflicts, opportunities, and other issues which could impact the project while seeking both time and budget opportunities to be presented to Project Management in order to more efficiently complete construction sequences and tasks .

- Review sub/trade contractor payment applications with the General Contractor to verify work in place and in compliance with construction documents.
- Maintain professional relationships with General Contractor, Architects, Engineers, and AHJ representatives.
- Accompany various inspectors on their inspections, review site inspections/testing and maintain recordkeeping of all results.
- Work with the General Contractor's Safety team to communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management Program to maintain safety standards.
- Monitor contractor's materials and labor.
- Coordinate deliveries, handling, storage, and protection of Owner-provided materials and equipment.
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports utilizing company standard documentation and recording practices to ensure efficient future accessibility to historical project data to include Submittals, RFI's, ASI's, OAC and relevant meeting minutes, 3rd party inspections, etc.
- Inspect project after substantial completion along with site engineer, General Contractor and Architect.
- In certain cases, coordinate with retail tenant coordinator to ensure timely delivery of retail tenant spaces in accordance with the project specifications and provisions mandated within lease agreements.

Primary Purpose
The Senior Field Representative exercises independent judgment and makes high-level decisions while assisting the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in all aspects of a construction project or projects and/or highly complex projects (projects having a high degree of variables including budget, schedule, number of contracts, management approach, delivery method, level of service, phasing, customer orientation, staffing, labor, location and site access, design and/or construction complexity, environmental issues and other non-traditional projects), including ensuring compliance with contract provisions, contract administration and monitoring, evaluating and making recommendations related to project budgets and schedules, and developing recovery plans related to quality, budget and schedule.
Essential Functions
- Monitor and observe construction, installation, and testing of building systems and technology, operation, and maintenance of buildings and/or facilities on a daily basis ensuring compliance with construction documents.
- Coordinate the work of all trades.
- Read, interpret, and comprehend contract plans, specifications, addenda, bidding documents, contracts and other related materials and recommend approaches to resolving issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality is maintained in accordance with the original intent of construction documents through coordination with design consultants/construction managers/contractors and/or management of material testing and inspection consultants, review of daily field reporting, and coordination with internal quality resources.

- Coordinate consultant and contractor deliverables through thorough understanding of contract deliverables, pre-construction meetings, construction manager orientations, project health assessments, monthly project meetings, and contract closeout checklists.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of architects, engineers, contractors, and construction managers.
- Utilize project data to prepare status reports and other specialized reports.
- Estimate costs and monitor the project budget, making recommendations to the Project Manager as needed.
- Review and monitor project schedule; report observations and make related recommendations to Project Manager.
- Review consultant and contractor progress payments.
- Prepare, evaluate, and make recommendations to Project Manager related to change order proposals.
- Assist in the evaluation of claims and make recommendations to Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain records for the project and/or program including contract documents, files, logs, lists and other records, and utilize DASNY's project management/reporting systems for recording all project activities.
- Consult with code enforcement agencies regarding the interpretation and application of building codes and regulations.

Associate's degree plus twelve years relevant experience and two years supervisory experience or

High school diploma plus fifteen years relevant experience and two years supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a construction industry related field plus ten years experience as a DASNY Field Representative or Bachelor's degree in construction industry related field plus fifteen years experience with public or private projects including construction inspection or supervision of major public construction projects.
