**What You Will Do:**
We are currently searching for a Scientific Research Fellow to help plan and conduct experiments; assist with writing research papers and reports; collect samples and monitor experiments and record data under the direction of the Principal Investigator. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Bethesda, MD.
+ Communicate with the lab PI frequently with observations on planned lab experiments.
+ Collaborate with other lab scientists and technicians in the laboratory
+ Conduct experiments and research, gather information and analyze that information to reach a conclusion.
+ Must be able to work well with other team members, including other scientists, technicians and staff members.
+ Must have strong attention to detail to record information accurately and design repeatable procedures.
**What You Will Need:**
+ PhD in Molecular Biophysics or similar discipline
+ At least FOUR (4) years of experience in a science-related field.
+ Must have experience working in a laboratory setting
+ NIH research experience required
+ Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
