WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the project lead, overseeing projects to ensure they remain within scope, adhere to budget constraints, and meet deadlines. Work with a team of strategists in proposing, designing, and executing research that crafts compelling narratives to delight and inspire clients and stakeholders.
- Play a central and hands-on role in all aspects of research and consulting projects, from initial project design to data collection, analysis, report writing, moderation, workshop facilitation, and presentations.
- Develop top-notch project materials, such as screeners, surveys, discussion guides, and infographics. Lead client presentations and actively participate in pitches and capabilities presentations.
- Coach junior staff, fostering the development of project-related skills and identifying opportunities for advancement.
- Collaborate with Strategists, Social Scientists, and fellow team members to contribute to creative project design and develop world-class proposals. Take a leading role in internal initiatives aligned with personal career ambitions and company objectives, such as knowledge capital development, staff development, and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's in relevant field preferred.
- 3+ year's market research industry experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Experience in health care market research preferred.
