**Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze and explore large, complex data sets representing key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics.
+ Collaborate with data engineers to aggregate and clean large data sets.
+ Conceptualize, create, automate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments.
+ Proactively provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business that drive decision-making.
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist (required)
+ Experience defining and monitoring business KPIs (required)
+ Proficiency in SQL (required)
+ Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, Quantum Metrics, Snowsight) (required)
+ At least 1.5 years of experience working with clickstream data (required)
+ Strong communication and storytelling skills (required)
+ Excellent English (required)
+ Familiarity with Python and machine learning (an advantage)
+ BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics (an advantage)
+ Experience with personalization tools and reporting (an advantage)
+ Experience with AT&T data (an advantage)
Our Lead Data Analysis earns between $116,700-$75,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
