About The Role The Eagle Ford asset team is seeking a Head of Reservoir Engineering with a background in development programs, depletion planning and reserves. This role is a key technical leader and a people manager of reservoir engineers and analysts that help drive delivery of the Eagle Ford multi-rig drilling program. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver reservoir engineering analyses across the defined region, ensuring core skills are applied to reservoir management, new well delivery and area development planning to coordinate the identification, categorization and progression of value-generating resources, and ensuring the reservoir/production data is properly analyzed and integrated into the team's current understanding. Key Accountabilities Coordinate the asset development plan with an annual D&C budget in range of $1bn a d performance manage to it on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences. Lead annual reserves estimation process for Eagle Ford BU. Guide and approve the subsurface plans for each unit’s development to enhance asset value and accelerate learnings related to spacing, new target zones, and co-development optimization. Collaborate with Drilling, Completions & Facilities to optimize well design and maximize value. Evaluate economics and profitability of potential projects and recommend projects for execution. Propose and evaluate strategic deal flow concepts to add asset value and improve bpx’s strategic positioning in the Eagle Ford. Drive initial flowback strategy of new wells to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. As a people leader, manage performance and develop and mentor talent on the team. Essential Education & Experience BS in Petroleum Engineering or other Engineering discipline. A minimum of 8 years of onshore reservoir engineering and economic evaluation experience. Skilled with Aries, whitson+, Spotfire, Enverus, and MS Office. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to lead a wide set of collaborators. Job Description

What a day in the dams team could involve:

1. Conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding basins and service basins
2. Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams including review and surveillance of monitoring data
3. Safety Reviews with multidisciplinary teams to deliver all aspects.
4. Client liaison and management of multiple projects from small to large scale
5. Superintendence and Contract Administration.
6. Collaboration with our interstate and international offices.

Sphere 3 Environmental, LLC is currently seeking candidates for an Oil & Gas Inspector position based out of the Midland, Texas area. This position will be full-time with benefits. The successful applicant will travel to oil and gas production facilities and conduct a variety of inspections and data collection.

What you'll do

• Conduct and document Audio, Visual, Olfactory (AVO) inspections at oil & gas production facilities in southeast New Mexico and west Texas.
• Conduct and document Method 22 visual observations of flares and combustors.
• Utilize an Optical Gas Imaging infrared camera to inspect outdoor piping and equipment associated with oil and gas production facilities, midstream pipeline facilities, and gas plants.
• Conduct GPS field data collection and assist with other environmental projects as needed.
• Approximately 95% to 100% of your time will be spent in the field conducting field inspections and various data collection regarding site equipment and or conditions.
• Will communicate findings with Sphere 3 managers and client representatives both verbally and electronically in databases and written reports/forms

• Must have a clean driving record.
• The successful candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to work in the field in a variety of site conditions.
• Must be able to travel, work outside in extreme heat or cold weather conditions, and safely conduct the physical aspects of outdoor facility inspections.
