An O&G Operator in The Woodlands, TX is looking for a Reservoir Engineering Tech to join their GOM PM Financial Planning & Evaluation Department. This role is supporting the Gulf of Mexico Business Unit in both short- and long-term planning as well as in controlling program execution while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role is responsible for supporting the client's reservoir engineers that are performing reserve estimates by running calculations, entering data, and quality control for the engineering team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing data, analysis, and support to the Portfolio Management team.
Report and tool creation to visualize and analyze data, supporting data collection, presentations, and reports.
Identification and implementation of opportunities to streamline data flows to create increased workgroup efficiencies.
Preparation of economic analysis output and reports
Retrieval and analysis of data sets from corporate databases and reports
Support skill-based knowledge transfer with other team members
Support for special projects as needed.

Key Accountabilities Coordinate the asset development plan with an annual D&C budget in range of $1bn a d performance manage to it on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences. Lead annual reserves estimation process for Eagle Ford BU. Guide and approve the subsurface plans for each unit’s development to enhance asset value and accelerate learnings related to spacing, new target zones, and co-development optimization. Collaborate with Drilling, Completions & Facilities to optimize well design and maximize value. Evaluate economics and profitability of potential projects and recommend projects for execution. Propose and evaluate strategic deal flow concepts to add asset value and improve bpx’s strategic positioning in the Eagle Ford. Drive initial flowback strategy of new wells to ensure maximum productivity is achieved. As a people leader, manage performance and develop and mentor talent on the team.     • Conduct and document Method 22 visual observations of flares and combustors.
    • Utilize an Optical Gas Imaging infrared camera to inspect outdoor piping and equipment associated with oil and gas production facilities, midstream pipeline facilities, and gas plants.
    • Conduct GPS field data collection and assist with other environmental projects as needed.
    • Approximately 95% to 100% of your time will be spent in the field conducting field inspections and various data collection regarding site equipment and or conditions.
    • Will communicate findings with Sphere 3 managers and client representatives both verbally and electronically in databases and written reports/forms
Required Qualifications
    • Must have a clean driving record.
    • The successful candidate must complete and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
    • Ability to work in the field in a variety of site conditions.
    • Must be able to travel, work outside in extreme heat or cold weather conditions, and safely conduct the physical aspects of outdoor facility inspections.
    • Must be able to comprehend, follow, and apply a variety of safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

**Overview**
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior level Account Executive to sell the full suite of Cognizant's services and solutions into named client organizations. This role will have responsibility for pursuing 12 to 20 major lines of business within Oil & Gas verticals. Accounts will typically be oriented geographically to location but may include marquee accounts throughout the U.S. Service offerings will include: Application Development & Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, ER&D, and Information Technology Outsourcing. The Account Executive will work with a client partner and team that will support all Sales pursuits. An offshore team will support targeted marketing into designated accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Pursue 12-20 major accounts. Accounts are both new logos and existing accounts focused on hunting activities
+ Act as the account lead on assigned accounts, setting the sales strategy, and taking overall responsibility for developing and nurturing the client relationship
+ Drive growth through hunting new opportunities
+ Build and manage client relationships. Manage the shaping and closure of opportunities on assigned accounts, leveraging Cognizant specialists to support as necessary
+ Serve as day-to-day contact for the client where there is thin coverage of Client Partner support
+ Scale accounts at pace
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum 10 years' experience selling consulting services Oil & Gas industries.
+ Minimum 8 years' experience working for a Global Consulting Firm, Onshore/Offshore sales with minimum of $14M annual quota. (This may vary depending on the maturity of the Vertical that the AE is selling)
+ Minimum 5 years' experience selling similar Service Offerings - Applications Development & Maintenance, Business Process Outsourcing, and Information Technology Outsourcing
+ Demonstrated success selling deals in the $ to 50M range
+ Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model
+ Bachelor's degree
**Preferred Experience**
+ Advanced degree (MBA or Masters)
+ Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
+ Must be detail oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments
+ Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications
+ Demonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences
