- Proven track record of success in operational excellence, P&L management, and achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations systems, including PMS, POS, and relevant management software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing market demands.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality-specific software.
