**Job Summary:**
Trane in Columbus, OH is hiring a **Resource Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Ultimately, this individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. This includes procuring the appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with Service Managers will be an everyday occurrence.

**Where is the work:**
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
**What you will do:**
+ Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
+ Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
+ Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians
+ Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
+ Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
+ Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
**What you will bring:**
+ Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
+ Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
+ Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
+ Strong attention to detail and enjoy working in fast paced environment.
+ Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
+ Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
+ Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
**Compensation:**
Pay Range: $35,500 to $63,150 annually.
This pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, and geographic location where the work is performed.

The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) provides advocacy, information, resources and assistance so that older adults can maintain the lifestyle of their choice. The Senior LinkAge Line is a free statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging, in partnership with Minnesota's Area Agencies on Aging. Senior LinkAge Line helps older Minnesotans and their families by connecting to local services, finding answers, and getting the help they need.
MNRAAA is seeking a full-time Senior LinkAge Line Resource Coordinator. This role provides person-centered assistance to help navigate resources for older Minnesotans and caregivers over the phone and in-person. This ranges from one-time to ongoing support, helping people return to and or safely live in the community. Works with those referred by partners online, by internal referrals, or the preadmission screening profile list. Requires a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and a reliable car.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $21.28-$25.29/hour depending on years or relevant experience.
