Key Responsibilities
+ Capacity Planning
+ Manage the overall department's book of work - including communications and documentation around quarterly planning and weekly/monthly leadership reviews.
+ Oversee requests for planned and unplanned work
+ Develop gearing ratios for increasing marketing support for business objectives as needed.
+ Budgeting & Forecasting
+ Own the marketing investment budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and pacing throughout the fiscal year.
+ Partner with Finance to monitor spend, reconcile variances, and maintain financial integrity across marketing initiatives.
+ Investment Strategy & Optimization
+ Develop and maintain a holistic investment optimization framework for Huntington's marketing channels, including Growth, Brand, Paid Media, and Owned Media.
+ Identify and evaluate next-best investment opportunities based on ROI, performance trends, and strategic priorities.
+ Align with channel managers to drive reallocation recommendations across campaigns and channels to maximize efficiency and impact.
+ Performance Analysis & Reporting
+ Work with Marketing Analytics to establish KPIs and create dashboards that track spend efficiency and performance outcomes.
+ Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and marketing teams.
+ Present regular optimization updates, highlighting wins, opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams.
+ Partner with channel leads to align investment decisions with campaign objectives and overall business strategy.
+ Influence stakeholders to adopt data-driven approaches to investment decisions.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
+ Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing investment management, financial planning, or performance marketing optimization.
Skills:
+ Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, budget and forecasting, attribution models, and investment planning.
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
+ Proven track record in managing large-scale marketing budgets and reallocating investments for maximum ROI.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Technical Resourcing Optimization, this strategic leadership role is at the forefront of transforming how McDonald's attracts, engages, and deploys top-tier technical talent across global markets. The Director will partner closely with Global Technology Tower Leaders to architect and implement resource optimization strategies that align with business priorities and drive value outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities
Global Resourcing Strategy and Optimization

As a member of the Resource Management Office reporting to the Manager of Resource Management within the WDI Business Planning and Integration team, the Senior Analyst provides important workload forecasting and staffing information to make project decisions. This office partners across all WDI studios and geographies to ensure integrated resource plans and processes. This team applies technical skills, analytics, and relationship skills to forecast resources, summarize recommendations and develop scorecards.
We are looking for an intellectually curious, business-savvy, analytically minded individual with an awareness of workload and staffing planning methodologies and statistical modeling. The Sr. Analyst will provide recommendations to all levels of leadership for each of the WDI studios and geographies to optimize hiring and labor staffing. You will perform root cause analyses to identify causes of change, anomalies, and trends. You will partner with worldwide teams across WDI, Finance, HR and other partners to thoroughly understand existing trends and collaborate on future project scenarios. In addition, you will assist with process improvement to identify more refined ways to collect, store and visualize data in new and evolving systems. **What You Will Do:**
+ Develop and maintain project staffing profiles that identify resource needs across all WDI studios for projects with the intent of developing and recommending future business direction
+ Identify new technologies and techniques for analyzing each WDI Studio with multiple internal and external clients
+ Help establish, refine and maintain new resource and project staff tracking database systems, including onboard partner users
+ Create and evolve dashboards used in reporting and ad hoc analyses for easy synthesis of data to provide informed recommendations
+ Perform root cause analysis of model outputs and project variances to identify causes of change
+ Consult with each WDI Studio to understand fluctuations in their businesses to adapt the forecasting models
+ Support the WDI Business Planning and Integration team in research questions and ad hoc projects

1. Facilitate resource allocation process across all Disciplines (Program Management, Production, Creative, Design and Business Affairs)
2. Partner with Discipline leadership to determine strategic, creative resourcing solutions for current project needs and forecasting for future growth
3. Build meaningful relationships with team members and develop an understanding of their skillsets and experience to ensure they are assigned to projects that align with their strengths, career goals, and the needs of the business
4. Understand and help maintain and optimize our central resourcing tooling to ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of our business
5. Assess project requirements against comprehensive, cross-functional creative briefs, making talent decisions that serve the best interests of all stakeholders
6. Develop new team structures, ways of working and new approaches to tackle complex creative challenges
7. Track and report on resource capacity planning
8. Support long-lead planning with the Creative Leadership and Program Management Leads to build teams, frameworks and systems that best support key initiatives, campaigns and projects
9. Support the onboarding and immersion of new hires
